Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Schinkle and her staff are friendly, polite and professional. They are efficient without seeming rushed. Always enjoy visiting with Dr. Mary.

Mary Schindler, Do did an excellent prognosis of my condition and is taking care of it promptly. Very appreciative of the office!

Dr. Schinkel was an excellent listener and took the time to physically describe and act out for me how to use the medication prescribed since I have never used any kind of nasal spray before. Her instructions were extremely helpful for me to avoid negative affects from use.

Dr. Shinkel explained everything -- even showed me the pictures of my ct scan and explained why surgery was not an option for the issues I am experiencing. I was grateful for her taking time to do that.

This was my first visit with Dr. Schinkel. She was very cordial while still being professional. I was impressed with the way she listened to me. I liked the fact that she explained things to me in a way that I easily understood.

Dr. Shinkle, listened to my concerns, provided a very thorough examination and diagnosed the problem. Collaborated on the best therapy. Would definitely recommend.
