What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Schenkel is an excellent ear, nose, and throat specialist. I have seen her several times and have found her to be very competent, very professional, and very concerned to give me the best treatment possible. I would highly recommend her. She was recommended to me by my prior physician. So Dr. Schenkel is an outstanding physician, and I would recommend her to anyone that needs treatment with ear, nose, and throat issues.

I thought the doctor was very kind, very cordial, very polite. I liked her very much. My husband's going to be seeing her soon too, and it was a good experience. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was very impressed with Dr. Schenkel. She was very good. She kept me very at ease and the procedure was really great because I was dreading it, but there was nothing to it. So I really, really would recommend her to anyone.

Not the level of understanding I expected. I am sure many patients are not familiar with the basics of their own medical issues, but it felt a touch condescending to be told basic things about issues I’ve lived with for decades.

I found MS to be not very personable. She would ask me a question.
If I didn't answer good enough , she responded as though as Iwasunintelligent.
I felt she was in a hurry.

I always have a positive reaction when I go to see Dr. Schenkel. I have all the confidence in the world in her and I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. So thank her for me.

Awesome job of making me feel comfortable about a knee replacement. She also took her time explaining options & what to expect thru out the process of knee replacement. Very uplifting team.

Great experience with Dr. Schenkel. My wife had gone to her previously and strongly recommended her for me. My wife was correct. And Dr. Schenkel and the staff, they did a great job. Thank you.

I saw Mary Schenkel and I felt like she was incredibly dismissive, took no time with me as this was my first time ever being one of her patients, didn't bother to gather any type of background history. I would not recommend her. I thought she was completely unprofessional, completely rude, and quite frankly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to her.

Staff that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Schinkel is fantastic. Down to earth and definitely made me feel very comfortable and confident that she was there to make me better and there if I needed anything else. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Dr. Schinkel was kind and thorough. She listened to all of my concerns regarding my child, explained the issue and clearly outlined the expectations for recovery. I felt very comfortable and heard. I will definitely return with my child if any future needs arise.

I feel that Dr Schinkel was excellent. The reason I chose her is that I spent most of my visit with her. The other staff was just as good.

Everyone that I encountered was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had a very positive and pleasant visit! Dr. Shinkel was very thorough and explained my plan of action so that I clearly understood.

Dr. Schinkle is a top notch ENT… and I’ve seen a whole bunch in my lifetime. She is friendly, knowledgeable, reviews info about you and your last visit before entering the room to see you. She explains things in layman’s language, and presents options for your care. Better hang on to this one!

This doctor and staff are always wonderful. I come once a year to have my ears cleaned out because I have narrow ear canals. She discussed hearing aids and explained what kind would work for me. She is really a wonderful doctor.

I’m uncomfortable returning to see Dr Mary S. She rushed me when I was explaining what was going on and actually cut me off from finishing my explanation. She also made a very concerning generalization comment that I found troubling. So now I have little faith in her.
