Everyone that I encountered was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had a very positive and pleasant visit! Dr. Shinkel was very thorough and explained my plan of action so that I clearly understood.

Dr. Schinkle is a top notch ENT… and I’ve seen a whole bunch in my lifetime. She is friendly, knowledgeable, reviews info about you and your last visit before entering the room to see you. She explains things in layman’s language, and presents options for your care. Better hang on to this one!

This doctor and staff are always wonderful. I come once a year to have my ears cleaned out because I have narrow ear canals. She discussed hearing aids and explained what kind would work for me. She is really a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Schenkle was very compassionate, very open and friendly and knowledgeable about her line of treatment. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

I’m uncomfortable returning to see Dr Mary S. She rushed me when I was explaining what was going on and actually cut me off from finishing my explanation. She also made a very concerning generalization comment that I found troubling. So now I have little faith in her.

Get a better doctor than Dr S.

Yes Dr schenkel was amazing I started having a bit of an episode while she was doing the procedure and she gave me as much time as I needed and help me through it

Dr Schinkel is exceptionally friendly and caring during patient visits, making an appointment a pleasure. The nursing staff is also always friendly and extremely helpful.

I was informed that I could not address all my symptoms. I was told to only give a few examples of symptoms. Rushed out of the office.

Doctor seemed rushed and stated she might not be able to address all my problems. As a new patient I would have liked the doctor to try to listen to my concerns and interested in my history as it related to my concerns. I will say that she did order a test to address my concerns as I have a history of cancer

Dr. Schinkel was wonderful to work with. The patient, a 79 year old man was very nervous about his appointment and Dr. Schinkel showed great compassion to him and talked him through the complete experience. Top notch doctor! Completed by caregiver.
