I am a very nervous person and very scared of things being done to me but Dr Schinkel was so very kind and understanding and got me thru the procedure,I wish to thank her very much not everyone is so kind and patient.

The staff was amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The doctor was great at identifying and addressing my issues and I felt well taken care of.

It was a very positive experience. Dr Shinkle is very professional and explains her findings and recommended treatments. I appreciate her manner and communication.

Dr Shinkel's bedside manner was rude and condescending as if I was a person of low intellectual status. Will not be returning and will seek advice from another physician.

I was very happy with everything. I was treated nice. Everyone listened and she helped me beyond her, what her ear, nose, and throat doctor is and I appreciate it very much and I thank her.

The provider did not have a good bedside manner and spoke very rudely to me. Kept talking over me.

I was very disappointed. I felt like the doctor was too harried to listen or be understanding. I feel like I wasted my time and money. A d I still have no real answer…just shuffled off for someone else to deal with.

Dr. Schenkel was the best doctor I've ever seen. I'm 66 years old. She was the kindest. She explained everything so well to me. I really like her and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I see, family and friends. Thank you.

I have seen Dr. Schenkel a number of times. I have recommended a number of people to see her. She's a very good doctor. She's very nice. They're very efficient and I have not had a problem there with them at all and I have recommended her to other people. Thank you.

Dr. Schenkel is an excellent ear, nose, and throat specialist. I have seen her several times and have found her to be very competent, very professional, and very concerned to give me the best treatment possible. I would highly recommend her. She was recommended to me by my prior physician. So Dr. Schenkel is an outstanding physician, and I would recommend her to anyone that needs treatment with ear, nose, and throat issues.

I was very impressed with Dr. Schenkel. She was very good. She kept me very at ease and the procedure was really great because I was dreading it, but there was nothing to it. So I really, really would recommend her to anyone.

Not the level of understanding I expected. I am sure many patients are not familiar with the basics of their own medical issues, but it felt a touch condescending to be told basic things about issues I’ve lived with for decades.

I found MS to be not very personable. She would ask me a question.
If I didn't answer good enough , she responded as though as Iwasunintelligent.
I felt she was in a hurry.
