This was my first visit with Dr. Schinkel. She was very cordial while still being professional. I was impressed with the way she listened to me. I liked the fact that she explained things to me in a way that I easily understood.

I do not like how the doctor dismissed me while I was speaking to tell me I wasn't there for that. I was trying to explain my symptoms and she kept cutting me off and wouldn't even listen to me.

I was put at ease at the beginning of my visit until the end of the visit. The Dr. asked if I had any questions then listened to me. She did not waste time but I did not feel rushed.

I was so impressed with Dr Shenkel and her assistant! . I’m so glad I saw her because she did a thorough examination of my vocal cords, nasal passages and gave me clear instructions on taking my medication. It is clear to me now my issues are the results of my chemotherapy.
