Lisa and her assistant are the absolute best! Helpful, friendly, compassionate, etc. Lisa listens to my concerns and explains throughly so I can understand. She takes the time to be sure I understand and have no other concerns. She makes you feel very comfortable. She cares about you and it shows. I wish more medical professionals could be like her

I was very upset when I went. Lisa came in we talked we took care of my diabetes care. I cried most of the visit. She stayed with me until I felt better. She did not leave me while I was so upset and crying. She made sure that I was extra okay. She told me we could talk about anything together if I'm upset. I love her she is been so good to me. Her staff is tremendous and so kind.

She is a wonderful person and NP. She is always willing to listen, encouraged and compliment a patient with the most comforting voice. I’m sure that she treats the employees just as well!! I wish I would have found her sooner!!! The new favorite is outstanding!!!

Lisa ,the nurse,and lab tec were awsome very friendly answered all questions and made me feel as tho I was part of a family. You just don't get that feeling anymore these days it gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling made me feel as things gonna be alright

Lisa James makes me feel very comfortable. I was extremely nervous when I was diagnosed with diabetes. When I saw her at my first appointment we came up with a plan to get my A1C down and in 3 months it went from 8.4 to 6.7. We were both very happy. She really cares about her patients.

Lisa James is wonderful at providing help/support/ understanding and quality suggestions and she takes the time to just sit down and listen to the patient. That is rare in today’s world. Even when I may not have the best results in blood work or whatever she is always positive and gives great advice. I consider myself very blessed to have her as my diabetes care person!!!
