Mattison has always and continues to provide accessible healthcare in an astute and genuine manner. Initially, years ago, I was hesitant to start going to the doctor in Smithton, as the cliché of small town doctors not being able to "hack-it" in larger cities was on my mind. However, Mattison has proven time and again that this cliché is simply false. I appreciate her knowledge of medicine, but more importantly I appreciate being treated like a person, and not just a collection of symptoms.

I have always received excellent care from Madison or anyone that I dealt with in that office. I’ve been going there for several years and want to continue using that facility as my healthcare provider.

MNP and all staff were extremely helpful and concerned when my lab test results were not available the day prior to my visit. I explained that I did go to the lab for a blood draw so they called the lab looking for results (so they could have them prior to my visit). That does not happen these days!

Dr. Perez took time to listen and advise. I found out things that I was unaware of before my visit with her, things I should have been told by my other Doctors and never was. I felt comfortable with her and believed what she was saying.

Both my nurse and my PA Mattison Perez were extraordinary and always are in this office. To have such good people taking care of me and down to earth care givers, everyone should have such awesome care like I'm getting every visit for over 20 plus years that I've been visiting this office. I've never had any complaints with the care givers here in the Smithton facility and like I said, I'm very fortunate to have them all taking care of me.

Mattison agreed to assist me in writing a medical opinion letter for a VA file. She was very attentive and wanted to make sure she had all of the information needed to get it right. She also listens well to patient concerns and acts immediately on them. She is an excellent PA and I would recommend her to anyone.

Even though I went for a routine 6 month checkup Mattison took the time to listen as I explained the chronic pain I experience in my lower back, hip, groin and leg, the treatments I have received and she provided suggestions that are an option for me.

They were able to get Me in to see Dr Perez within an hour and fifteen minutes to take care of a cold and get Me My Meds all within a couple hours. Very Thankful, They All are truest a wonderful Staff. Thank You!
