What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Abraham and staff always listen and provide information and care more than any physician I have interacted with. He makes me want to keep my appointments because he seems to care.

The doctor was very attentive. He was very caring and he also provided, I think, the best care that one would ever want to get when one goes in to see a physician. He was very careful in making sure that whatever problem that Yulos was experiencing, that he would make sure that he touched upon it or would take care of it or had some type of answer to resolve the problem. So we're very happy with him. He couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I finally feel like there is a group that provides true health CARE. Not just for why are you here today, but what else can we help with. Prompting one to remember something they needed to address, because not everyone writes a list.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Dr. Sisay Abraham is the best primary care doctor I have seen in over 20 years. He is intelligent, relatable, a great listener, and takes as much time with me as I need to answer any and all questions I have.

Everybody in the office did a real good job. Very nice. Dr. Abraham, he's always good. Very pleased with everything and the turnout. I definitely recommend him.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My name is Anna Hamilton. I'm 94 years old, so I've had several, several doctors in my life, including my son-in-law from Chicago. And Dr. Abraham is by far the best. And I would recommend him to anyone, and that's why I'll go to wherever his office is at, and I drive from Cottage Hills all the way to Edwardsville to see him. He's one of the best.

Appointment was quick and easy. I was seen within 10 min of my appointmenttime. Dr. Abraham was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease.

Dr. Abraham has always provided me with excellent care when I have appointments with him. He listens thoroughly, he explains thoroughly, he involves me in my care always. Dr Abraham is always able to recall information discussed at my previous office visits with him. Not only do I feel well taken care of by Dr Abraham, he is also very kind, friendly, and personable.
However, this last office visit, he showed his professionalism once again, when my 1 year old was crashing due to it being her nap and feeding time colliding during this appointment. Dr Abraham handled it so well, kept communication with me and was very direct and efficient to the end of the visit.
I would also like to add that I am very satisfied with how quickly i am called back for my appointment, and how quickly Dr Abraham comes into the exam room.
I always recommend this facility and staff to others looking for a new PCP!

Dr. Abraham has been the most sincere and attentive doctor I've had in the last decade. I look forward to my semi annual visits with him for his straight forward approach to healthcare and well being to keep me on the right course to my later years.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Abraham since he started his practice in Alton. My husband passed away late January 2026 and Dr. Abraham was so kind and compassionate. I am so thankful for him and his awesome staff. He always genuinely cared about us as people and not just patients. So, thank you BJC for employing such awesome caregivers.

I was taken back to the exam room 15-minutes after my appointment time. The doctor arrived in the exam room 20 minutes after the nurse took my blood pressure and left. The doctor did apologize for his tardiness when he arrived.

Dr. Abraham spent as much time as was needed to perform checkups for my husband and I. We didn’t try to rush through. He is patient, thorough and an excellent communicator.

My wife and I appreciate Dr. Abraham. He’s very through and he explains everything to us and definitely takes the time to listen. Most doctors feel rushed just to get to the next patient, but Dr. Abraham makes you feel like you’re his only patient. It shows that he values us and makes us feel important. He truly cares for his patients and he’s very knowledgeable. So blessed to have him as our Doctor.

I enjoyed my new doctor. I was totally 100% satisfied with him, the way he handled the situation of knowing that it was our first time, and I deeply appreciate it. I really enjoyed it, and I just can't wait to see him again.
