All of the staff was courteous, polite. I couldn't have asked anyone to do any better. All their questions was answered. They were very attentive. I would like to say they were excellent. Thank you.

Dr. Gurung came in,talked a few sentences, had me open my mouth & looked in it from about 2 feet away from me. She gave me,what came across as a rehearsed speech.She asked me if I had any questions. She literally spent about 3 minutes with me.
I didn't know what to ask. I was given so little information. So I did not have any questions.
I was not impressed with her. I felt like just another overweight patient with sleep apnea due to size,after the comment about diet & exercise are encouraged. No mention of concern of my husband saying I stop breathing @ night. No mention of my Hashimoto disease,which makes it difficult to lose weight.

I am a new patient and most doctors set up a longer appointment when they have a new patient. Instead Dr
Gurung rushed me through..
Called in prescription left me no time to ask my prepaid questions. I was very upset and frustrated

Everybody was very helpful and very pleasant and so my experience was great. I'm very satisfied with the care that I received.

On the first visit with the doctor, it seems like she wanted to rush me out and I felt uncomfortable. But as the second and third visits, it got better.

All the staff was very, very polite and well-mannered. And as far as the doctor, I loved her because she asked me questions, listened to me when I answered, understood what I was trying to tell her. I love her. I will continue to go back and I will tell everybody about her because I think she's very good.

I did have something else to ask about, but I just don't think quick enough and felt like she was in a rush to leave. I do feel for the few minutes spent with her, my co pay and insurance that pays, is way out of line for the 6 minutes or so that I was in there. My last appointment a year ago, she was so willing to take her time and concern.

I enjoy going to see Dr. Garoung. Everybody in the office is very polite, courteous, kind, and friendly. They are very welcoming. They answer my questions. They work as a team. Dr. Garoun is very, very easy to speak to, and her nurses are the best.

I enjoyed the appointment. It was very fast, probably the fastest appointment I've ever had, but that's fine. I was in and out. My concerns were addressed and I definitely, I'm looking forward to doing my at-home sleep study.
