What else would you like to say about your experience?
This provider was very patient, understanding, and most of all, listened to the patient's needs and allowed him to explain what he was feeling and going through, which I feel like that was very important of a provider to have patience and listen to the patient's needs as well as offer their advice and recommendations on getting better. So I think that is very important, a very good skill to have so that we all could be on the same page.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I like and respect Dr. Coker on a 10 level. I've even referred him to a couple people who have signed on for him to be their primary care doctor. I think he's the best. I drive away from Edwardsville to continue being his patient. I have the utmost respect for him and trust in him for his treatment of me.

Dr. Coker has been my doctor for several years and when he moved location I followed. His compassion and clear explanations makes him an extra extraordinary doctor.

The doc took a lot of time and didn't just rush me through. He made a good plan for me. Love Doctor Coker. The best I've had since I been in adulthood.

Dr. Coker has been my children's physician since birth. They have created such an amazingly trusting bond! He is very caring and attentive to their needs. I will always recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Dr. Coker, for simply being you.

I really liked that Dr Coker listened to me and gave positive feedback and did everything to make sure that my health care needs were taken care of! He is excellent and I know from the first visit that I will enjoy him being my provider

Both my nurse and physician treated me with dignity and respect. They were prompt, courteous, thoughtful, thorough and professional. I had a great visit with both of them.

Staff and Dr Coker are awesome. So sad to see Dr. Coker leave, but I know it's for the best. Great Doctor, was very good to me and my in laws. Always there when needed.

Dr. Coker is excellent in his care/treatment and 12/9 was no different. He listens to my concerns, takes them seriously, and responds accordingly.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr Coker seemed distracted and even made a crass comment to me which is uncharacteristic of him about me imagining symptoms or making them happen because I think they could which cut me to the Core.. He still hasn't gotten back to me with regard to my question on my eyes. None of this is consistent with how I have been treated in the past except for the last time as well. So I'm concerned something is happening to him or someone he loves. I do want to stay with him for the time being but if this is something that happens all the time then I will have to find a new doctor.

Yes. Dr. Coker. He has the patience of Jobe. Goes out of his way to explain your health situation and will work tirelessly with you to help you get better. Goes over MyChart test results in detail so you understand his recommendations.
