Every single I dealt with was friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Shawahin was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I will recommend him highly to anyone, and I am very happy with the care he provides and the compassion he shows.

I've had great response with the doctors as well as the nurses and other employees. I have never felt neglected or not be wanted to be seen, you know, deal with. I have been very, very pleased with the service they have provided me.

I think Dr. Nadal Shawahin is a fabulous physician. He's kind, he's courteous, and he's very knowledgeable in his practice. His staff is excellent. They're always kind and courteous. I drive an hour to get to doctor's office because I don't want to go anywhere else. I very much appreciate the practice at Memorial, and I don't have anything to say that could be improved. Every time I go, my appointment is perfectly on time. I have very little wait time. I just, I don't want to go anywhere else for my medical care. So that's that.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Shawahin is incredibly kind and caring and the staff is nicer than in any other office I’ve gone to. I liked the last PCP I had at another office but the receptionist was so mean I dreaded going there so I finally decided to go elsewhere. I’m so glad a coworker recommended Dr. Shawahin to me.

I love my Dr I been coming to hi for a very long time now and I have never left his office feeling like he didn't listen or examine me with care sometimes I come to my appointment feeling sad about something after talking to Dr Shawahin I comes out feeling good at this time I wouldn't change my Dr for nothing and his staff is amazing he hired very caring ppl. Keep up the good work.... my Family ❤️

I've been with Dr. Shawahin as a patient for over the last 30 years. And if I didn't like him and if he did not treat me right, if I wasn't getting good treatment, I wouldn't still be there. I have received excellent treatment with him.
