Catherine Bennet answered my questions on the possible concerns with my cpap machine. Can have it evaluated or consider the timeframe for possible replacement. She was quick to comment on our shared experiences with farming which is my profession. Paying attention to both personal and medical items does instill both trust and confidence in the office visit.

I told Catherine I was having trouble fitting my new cpap mask on to the hose. She told me to bring it back the next day, and she would show me how to fix it. I did, and she did. I thought this was going above and beyond. Thank you.
