They have always treated me with kindness and Casey, if there's anything, anything that I needed, she would go out of her way to help me. And so I love her and the staff are so good. I know my dad always said there's always room for improvement. And there is, but right now, they're doing wonderful.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Casey was wonderful, as well as the rest of the staff. What I enjoyed most about going there is, first of all, it's close to my home. Secondly, they always take me on time. Third, Casey always takes the time to talk to me. She doesn't come in and just sit down and get right to it. She's pleasant, she's caring, and she's compassionate. I definitely would refer her and BJC to any of my family or friends.

I think Casey is outstanding. She is very thorough and detailed. I have complete confidence in her. Ryan, the nurse that checked me in before I saw Casey, he was very professional. And the young lady that checked me out there in the middle of the floor is always very pleasant and very kind and helpful. Thank you.

The X-rays technician and The PA were both awesome! I felt they truly cared about my amount of pain and getting to the root of the problem Also the injection I received by the PA was utterly painless!

I thought the physicians assistant was very clear on handling my problem. She was very knowledgeable, polite and I felt she knew what she was talking about.
