Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Doctor Mike Guignon was knowledgeable, patient and straightforward with his assessments which I appreciated very much. Great team of medical professionals. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Guignon and with all the workers at Primary Care Shiloh was a very good experience. Everyone listened to me carefully and I felt comfortable with each person I spoke with. Thank you all for providing me with promptness and kindness.

My Dr. Guignon is extremely professional, courteous, took time with my appointment and was extremely thorough in all regards. And I'm very, very grateful for his expertise and that he is my primary care physician.

The team works well together. My doctor is the greatest. We discussed my concerns and my accomplishments and made a plan for what I want to accomplish with my health. He reviewed my test results the next morning and we made a plan from there. I am very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Guignon. I also read his after care report in MyChart and it was exactly what we discussed and what I said. This is very important for me. But Dr. Guignon asked me if it was okay to use the recorder and I agreed and I am very happy to see that he used it to get all the facts straight and recorded into the record. Great job doc!!! I vote for you to receive as many awards as you can. You deserve them all for the outstanding work you provide.

Office staff is friendly environment is clean nurses and doctor is outstanding. Caring, compassionate and they just take the time that is necessary to answer all your questions without making you feel unimportant.

I’m very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Guignon and his office staff is very kind and friendly. Dr. Guignon has a very pleasant personality which makes it easy to talk to him which makes me feel very confident in him. I never feel that I’m being rushed through my appointment.

Dr. Guignon and staff are the most courteous individuals we have ever dealt with, both medically and on a personal basis. We have and will continue to use Dr. Guignon and BJC for our medical needs.

I just like Dr. Guillaume. If there's anything wrong with me or if I have any issues, he listens and he'll come up with a solution to figure out what's going on. And he's just awesome and I really like him.

I had to wait 14 months for my first appointment, but Dr Guignon was great.

I put no for my recommendation for the physician because he is not taking anymore new patients.

I can't say enough about how much I really love Dr. Guillain's office. Both he and the personnel do a fabulous job. I like that I can get on my MyChart and look at things. If I need to send them a message, they answer me right away. I have had my family go there too and some of my friends. There's nothing that I would improve. It's the cleanliest office. It's very efficient. Like I said, there's nothing I would improve. It's a great experience. And I really appreciate all that they do. Thank you.

When I was checking out, I forgot to ask the doctor a question so a nurse went back there and asked for me and got my answer I needed so it’s nice that she went out of her way to find out for me

Dr Guignon and his Team always make me feel like a valued patient. Everyone is polite and professional, listen to my concerns, and treat me with respect. I always leave completely satisfied with my medical care.
