You guys did really good. Lance always does really good at making everything make sense, explaining things. The staff is always very courteous. One thing that can be improved on is the time of patience. Second seems to be behind quite often. Overall, great service.

Lance is fantastic. Always so pleasant, listens to everything I say and provides feedback that is easy to understand. He is a radiant person and leader at the office. It shows in every facet of his practice. A BIG thank you to Lance and his entire Team!

My PA, Dr. Lance Lane, is probably the best doctor I've had in my whole life. I believe he's probably saved my life. He's given me the quality of life.

Lance Lane was very busy and I appreciated being worked into his schedule.
After the diagnosis and treatment ( and ordering of a prescription), I tried to hurry him so he could see the next patient more quickly. But he refused to be hurried!

Lance Lane is the best Primary Care Physician I've ever had. He is friendly, up-beat, optimistic and very knowledgeable. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I would highly recommend him as a PCP to family, friends and acquaintances. BJC is fortunate to have him on staff.

The wait time could be improved. Not have to wait 30 minutes pat my appointment time to just get called back then wait another 3o minutes for the dr to come in

Lance Lane, is a great professional at his job. He knows my physical deficiencies and works with me to explain what I need to be doing on my own to take care of myself along with the medication’s and the personal time that he spends with me during my appointment
