Lance Lane is truly one of the best healthcare providers I've ever had. He consistently takes the time to listen carefully, never makes me feel rushed, and always treats me with genuine compassion, respect, and professionalism. His knowledge, patience, and ability to explain things clearly give me complete confidence in my care.
Every visit leaves me feeling heard, valued, and well cared for. It is rare to find a provider who combines clinical excellence with such kindness and empathy. I have trusted Lance with my healthcare for several years, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding physician assistant. BJC is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team.

From the time I walked in the office to the time I left, any doctor as far as like Lance and any staff member that I came in contact with was very courteous, polite, and very helpful.

As a patient I have to arrive 15 minutes earlier appointment. Once I check in sit in the waiting room for 42 minutes past my appointment time. Finally, I'm called in and taken to an exam room for another 45 minute wait. This happens every time I have an appointment. Disappointed.

Lance Lane done more for my diabetes than any person I know. He is good, he turned my diabetes problem around. So I would recommend him for anybody. The whole staff's good, but I mean, Lance Lane is on top of it.

After being gone for 2 years in Texas, I am THRILLED to be back in the care of Lance and the BJC HealthCare team! I did not have good experiences in Texas and I beleive some of it was because nothing can compare with the care provided by this team!! Thank you!
