Lance Lane is the best Primary Care Physician I've ever had. He is friendly, up-beat, optimistic and very knowledgeable. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I would highly recommend him as a PCP to family, friends and acquaintances. BJC is fortunate to have him on staff.

The wait time could be improved. Not have to wait 30 minutes pat my appointment time to just get called back then wait another 3o minutes for the dr to come in

Lance Lane, is a great professional at his job. He knows my physical deficiencies and works with me to explain what I need to be doing on my own to take care of myself along with the medication’s and the personal time that he spends with me during my appointment

From the time I walked in the office to the time I left, any doctor as far as like Lance and any staff member that I came in contact with was very courteous, polite, and very helpful.

As a patient I have to arrive 15 minutes earlier appointment. Once I check in sit in the waiting room for 42 minutes past my appointment time. Finally, I'm called in and taken to an exam room for another 45 minute wait. This happens every time I have an appointment. Disappointed.
