Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Lance Lanes abilities to explain things in a manner that l can understand. I would like to move to Arizona but don’t want to change Doctors I trust him with my health , I doubt there is another Lance in Arizona.

No one likes to wait, sometimes you have to wait if you want the quality time I get with Lance.

Lance Lane is always professional and always makes my husband and I feel like he cares. He spends the time we need and is very attentive to our needs. We appreciate him.

Lance Lane is professional and caring. He talks about medical problems with you by including you in the process, respecting your wishes and educating you. He has a very good knowledge base and keeps up with medical news. He has been my provider for years. His staff are always caring and welcoming. Great office!

The time from in to the time I was seen by a provider was extremely long. My appt was at 11:15, I didn’t see the provider until after 1 pm.

The nurse who took me into the exam room & did the pre questioning was over-the-top fantastic! Don’t ever lose her, she is a keeper! Dr Lane - this was our first time seeing him. Phenomenal doctor! We will request to see him on next visits. Great care, very informative, and wonderful treatment. He was simply fantastic.

They are all excellent at what they do. Lance and his nurse always take the time to talk to me about what is wrong and what I need to do to get better. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Every one I came in contact was just very polite and very friendly. Lance Lane was wonderful as usual. He listens to all my aches and pains even though some of them are on going, and again he is trying new techniques and approaching other ways to try to find ways to help with my chronic pains. He is incredibly thoughtful and sincere in trying to always help us if we have any medical issues and he also stays on top of our well visits; we trust him very much with our health and my husband and I decided that even though we moved away we still wanted to choose to keep him as our main medical care provider!

I was very pleased that my wait time was not as long as it usually has been. I have sat in the waiting room for up to an hour before and this time I was in and out
