The sense of urgency in my care by him really restored my faith in my health care! He took such good care of getting me treated that day with same day test to find out what was wrong! Having to sit in the waiting room for an hour past my scheduled appointment time before getting called into the exam room was extraordinarily ridiculous. Having to wait another half hour before Lance came in was also extraordinarily ridiculous.

Lance is great but telling me to be on the call by 2:50 for a 3:00 call then he’s not on until 3:55 is unacceptable.
