Lance is always upbeat and personable. Listens well to my needs. Takes his time and I never feel rushed. I feel like he really cares.

I always get to the appointment 15 minutes early, in the hopes of getting in to see the doctor on time, I’m usually in the main office for over 2 hrs or more. I know the doctors have other patients but…….WOW!!

Improve the wait times. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested for my 8:15 appointment did not see my primary care until 8:50.

My appointment was at 11:30, I sat in the waiting room until almost 1pm They take me back to the exam room and then, there I sat until 1:30 it was almost 2:00 before I left there. This is the kind of thing that makes a person Hate to go see their own Doctor.

Can’t improve on excellent every once in a while people have a bad day, but that doesn’t happen much there!

From the time I entered the medical suite until I left; everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Lance is amazing and I believe he’s very invested in my health care plan.

Lance is a fantastic care givers! He’s always super friendly and so knowledgeable about anything I ask about. He always listens to me and gives great advice. His entire staff are excellent care givers also. It’s always a pleasure seeing all of them.

I had an exceptional experience during my recent visit with Lance. He is a truly compassionate and dedicated professional who took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. Lance made me feel heard and valued, carefully answering all my questions with clarity and patience. His caring demeanor and attention to detail truly set him apart. It’s rare to find a provider who combines deep knowledge with such genuine empathy. I left the appointment feeling confident and well cared for.
