Office personnel and medical staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. Lance Lane is extremely thorough and explains everything to me very clearly.

I love my provider, Lance Lane. He listens to me and acts on everything that I ask him to do. His staff is also top-notch.

Everything always goes great with my Doctor visits. Everyone is polite and helpful. Lance is very friendly and capable and explains everything in layman terms. He has been a great physician who I would, and actually have, recommended to others.

My appt was at 8:45. Told to be there at 8:30. Waited about 15-20 minutes in lobby, then taken back. Waited there until 9:25 am until he came in.
This happens alot of time with him. I shouldn't have to wait and hour to see the dr.

Excellent care but the time spent in the waiting room before seeing the medical team is way too long for elderly patients.

I've been coming to see Lance for the last 10 years. I live down 100 miles away from him, but I would drive up to see him any time when I have problems. Everything gets taken care of. He documents everything. He heals me whenever I have problems and takes care of everything for me, my health care. His staff is excellent and I never had any problems and I would recommend them to anybody. I love Lance and his staff

Lance Lane is very compassionate and he listened to every word I said. And I was scared when I went in there and he explained everything to me. In my book, Lance is awesome. And I always feel special when I’m there.

I've been going to Lance Lane for years, you know, several years. Everything's perfect. There's no problems whatsoever. They're all doing their job and helping me. They do their job, which is fantastic, and they're helping me enormously.

It always takes forever to see Ms. Lance. I spent up to three hours waiting for him. I am searching for a new doctor at this time because of that. Other than that, he's a great doctor.

My experience with this provider, Lance Lane, has been highly positive. I trust his judgment and I believe that he truly endeavors to provide the highest level of care and he is understanding and shows a level of empathy for the patient and I leave the office visit generally feeling uplifted and more positive. I would never change providers under any circumstances. I will keep this provider as long as it's possible. I believe that I'm very lucky that Lance Lane is my primary care provider and the office staff at his

Lance is such a great provider. He listens intently, answers your questions in a way that is perfectly understandable and is always extremely pleasant. He makes you feel like he truly care about your health and you as a person. It seems that all the staff in that office are the same way. Everyone has always been so helpful, nice and very competent. Thanks to all of them for making healthcare visits a pleasant and easy experience for their patients.
