From the moment I walked I was welcomed. I do not remember all the names of the staff that day, but, each person was caring & helpful. I am very grateful of the facility in Edwardsville. I have used it a number of times over the past couple of yrs. I recommend it to my friends/family.

Ranita, the Provider was exceptional. When my daughter was negative for all the typical tests we thought could be the source of her sore throat with white patches, Ranita washed to check one more test for mono. My daughter was positive for mono and I'm so grateful that Ranita took the extra time to consider that test, especially since there are restrictions for my daughter with that illness.

The FNP Ranita Keller was very thorough. I got results as quick as possible. Ranita had a great "bedside manner" even when giving you treatment and tests procedures that are not pleasant. She didn't do anything but give me instructions and tests. I guess that's all I needed.

I was given extraordinary care, professionalism and kindness from beginning to end. I ended up having Influenza A so... not only did I feel horrible but I was also germy. Regardless, every single person involved in my care was enjoyable to talk with, patient, and efficient. I couldn't have been more impressed.
