Staff greeted me with a smile and was polite caring, and very helpful. Laura was kind and she also greeted me with a smile. They were very patient and answered my questions.

First time seeing Dr Kandu and didnt know what to expect. He was very thorough, went over my health history. I felt very comfortable talking with him and asking him questions. The nurse/assistant who did the EKG was very kind

Both the staff & Dr. Kandula always display concern for my health, courtesy, & a positive attitude. They listen attentively to my concerns and they take them seriously. This is commendable.

The wait time is to long. Waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. Called in and then wait again.The other patients in waiting room were all upset too. Be considerate of patients. You have to be there 15 minutes early. I heard a receptionist say if you are not there 15 minutes before appointment you cancel for another time. Yet you sit there 1 1/2 hours waiting.
