A little frustrating when asked to arrive 15 minutes early but I waited in the waiting room 30 minutes past my scheduled time. So I waited a total of 45 plus minutes to get into an exam room

Dr. Kandula is Very busy. My appointment was at 10:30 and I had another appointment scheduled for 1230. I just need to realize that it may take longer to get in to see Dr. Kandula because he takes time with the patients.

Shorter wait time I find 1 hour and 15 minutes excessive. Visit with doctor was short and not very instructive.

Dr appeared to be in a hurry AGAIN. Giving conflicting information on dictation, without clarifying /talking to patient about info and his thoughts. He had VERY poor eye contact and did not address current problem with patient. Family had to interrupt his dictation to update him on patient request for chosen treatment, reason for coming to office. Short quick response to family when question asked. . Only seemed interested in the computer. Pacing floor with body to door/wall during visit. Not first interaction of this type with Dr. it has become his norm with our visits.

Less time waiting for the doctor after when vitals were taken, I rated thirty five minutes before the doctor came to see that is uncalled for
