Josie O’Toole & [ ] have gone above and beyond care of taking care of my little boy. They call me personally to check in on him with his [ ], they make quick changes to the plan when [ ], and they express genuine care about him. I couldn’t have asked for better doctors for my son. Very professional, and EXTREMELY patient with me when I ask so questions or need things dumbed down. They are the dynamic duo.

I can not say enough positive things about this practice. Every person that helped us here was fantastic. I get extremely stressed going to appointments with my daughter when I have to bring all my kids. This office is so patient and caring every time we visit. The front desk even let my wild son sign a few times lol. They also let all 3 of my kids pick something from the treasure chest. I wish more practices were like this one. It makes appointments so much less stressful when you have kind, caring, and compassionate people like the ones in this office.

Front Desk-Immediately addressed me. That does not always happen so it was much appreciated. Kiana-Excellent! Kind, caring, attentive, communicative. Dr. Bass-Knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, she showed concern, genuine, kind. I am happy with Dr. Bass Costopoulos.

Dr. Cutting and the entire staff were fantastic! Dr. Cutting took time and explained my situation completely and listened to all my questions. He answered each one in a very clear manner. I highly recommend Dr. Cutting and the whole staff!

Katie was very nice and came out to let me know the Dr was running behind and apologized. Since my appointment was a last minute visit I was very appreciative to even see someone, even if they were running behind.

Everyone I spoke to or had interaction with (such as the front desk ladies) were awesome. So friendly and made me feel like I wasn't just a number to process through the system. One person I had more time with however was Joan, the physician assistant who took my [ ] etc prior to the Doctor coming into the room. She was so pleasant, efficient and made me feel at ease (I always get so nervous going to the doctor!) She made this appointment such a nice eperience. Thank you Joann!

The only thing that was disconcerting to me was Dr.Sand writing something in my after visit summary about me being forgetful. I am coherent 100% coherent, and I am not forgetful at all and asked him to strike this statement from my summary and his records.
