Star APRN was extremely helpful and reassuring in addressing my post op issues. She offered simple instructions, when to be concerned and follow-ups. She was great!

Star was so very nice. She really cared about what I had to say. She made eye contact with me when we were talking to each other. Not all providers do that. I really appreciated that.

The entire staff at this office were great. They greet you when you arrive, are friendly and welcoming. The MA was knowledgeable, asked me about my surgery post op and if I had any concerns. The PA was one of the best I have ever had, she was inquiring, asked me about my surgery, any concerns and addressed those I had. The staff at this new office of Dr [last name]'s is wonderful.

The PA Starsia and the Medical Assistant who saw me first were both excellent! They both were very attentive,answered my questions, and didn't rush at any time. An excellent experience for my procedure follow up. The entire experience with Dr [ ] office was wonderful! Communication before my before my procedure and after was outstanding. Very pkeased with every part of my interactions with the practice!

Starsia APRN was a step ABOVE phenomenal!!! The office staff was able to schedule me as a patient and treat me during my time of NEED!! Many other practitioners and providers can benefit from her example of being caring and compassionate during a patients sick visit. She took the time to listen and explain my tx options alone with plan of care. Many thanks to Starsia APRN and Dr. Grotons staff at Riverwalk surgical associates.

Besides Starsia, everyone that I have worked with in Dr. [ ] practice has been excellent, professional and friendly. Dr. [ ] also stopped in for a follow-up during this visit after my [ ]. I cannot say enough about the wonderful progress I have made after my [ ] by Dr. [ ]. Dr. [ ] provided a very clear picture of how to prepare for the [ ] and what to expect during and after the [ ]. Monty was an important part of providing that valuable information during my previous visit. The [ ] contributed significantly to my recovery.
