Starsia Acheampong is great as what she does. She is very thorough with her examination , knows her stuff really well . She took time to listen and at same time answered questions and addressed concerns really well .l felt like I am not just a patient to her , she cares like I am a family member . She Is very compassionate , that's a trait that's hard to find in healthcare especially with the busy schedule , everybody is in hurry . Patients are worried and scared after post op but Starsia made my appointment very comfortable and I have the peace of mind that my surgery went well and heading to healing and recovery. Her skills and her compassion makes Starsia an asset to this clinic . I would like to nominate Starsia for Spririt Award for the excellent care I received at Lee Surgical Center / Riverwalk . Pam [ ] MA - Pam brings positivity In the room with her big smile . Pam Is efficient with her job , she helped me compiled paperwork for my insurance and disability form . All paperwork done during my visit . I would like to nominate Pam [ ] for Spirit Award for her positivity and work ethic.

Star was interested in how I was doing after surgery. She explained the surgery and how it still has not completely healed and what I could expect. She advised me to restrict my adtivity even though I was anxious to get back to my activities, especially Zumba. She listened to me concerning some pain I was esperiencing.and tod me to get back to the office if I should experience chills and fever.She explained that there was inflamation before surgery and that it takes time to completely recover.

Star was so very nice. She really cared about what I had to say. She made eye contact with me when we were talking to each other. Not all providers do that. I really appreciated that.

The entire staff at this office were great. They greet you when you arrive, are friendly and welcoming. The MA was knowledgeable, asked me about my surgery post op and if I had any concerns. The PA was one of the best I have ever had, she was inquiring, asked me about my surgery, any concerns and addressed those I had. The staff at this new office of Dr [last name]'s is wonderful.

The PA Starsia and the Medical Assistant who saw me first were both excellent! They both were very attentive,answered my questions, and didn't rush at any time. An excellent experience for my procedure follow up. The entire experience with Dr [ ] office was wonderful! Communication before my before my procedure and after was outstanding. Very pkeased with every part of my interactions with the practice!

Starsia APRN was a step ABOVE phenomenal!!! The office staff was able to schedule me as a patient and treat me during my time of NEED!! Many other practitioners and providers can benefit from her example of being caring and compassionate during a patients sick visit. She took the time to listen and explain my tx options alone with plan of care. Many thanks to Starsia APRN and Dr. Grotons staff at Riverwalk surgical associates.
