PA Shari responded immediately to Dr. ( ) inquiry about the H&H trend. She scheduled a telemed visit from one day to the next. Explained the labwork she ordered and answered questions. Ms. Shari is an excellent PCP. She listens and explains the treatment plan. She coordinates with my specialists very well. This was my first telemedicine visit. Staff gave very clear, easy instructions on how to connect and when to start connecting. No connectivity issues, the picture was clear, the volume was good. You need more providers like Ms. Shari and her staff.

Dr. Shari Lagodzinski is excellent. She not only listens to your concerns she will research them and give you the options and information. Never feel rushed or like a number when I see her and I appreciate her thorough follow through and her empathy and.

Dr. Shari, is always very attentive to her patients. However, during my last visit she spent more time with me and discussed changes in medication, and possible side effects while taking the new medication.

Dr Shari was very understanding and is continuing to follow blood work results to see if she finds anything that could point to something that is causing my systems that have come and gone through out the years. I like that she doesn't make me think it is all in my head and is continuing to try and find answers where other doctors have just said there is nothing wrong with you, you are perfectly healthy.

The assistant I was paired up with who took vitals and asked pertinent questions about any care that needed to be done was very thorough and started my visit on a good note. I forget her name but she was Shari's assistant. Her name was on the board hanging in Sharri's room that she worked in that day but I forgot her name. She was a pleasure to chat with and I enjoyed her company. Very professional.
