I have been impressed with the Medical Assistants I have encountered during my last 2 visits. They are very professional and caring.

I would also like to mention that the nurse, Lindsey who I saw before Dr Fraga was very helpful with my charts and all the questions I had in a very polite and professional manner which also helps make the most efficient use of the time with my doctor

It was one of my best visits ever, they listen to your needs and understand things that you need for your overall well-being and care. I was very impressed with the service I got Yesterday. I felt finally that they actually do care and you’re not just another number and then you go home and you’re not alone. That if you need them, they are there for you for future care. And that they don’t judge you that is very important.

I have a primary and secondary health insurance. The check in staff member switched primary and secondary. I explained four time what was what. The member had each [ ] in her hand and still reversed them. Dr’ Lian Fraga is awesome. Very caring, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend her all the time.

Dr. Lian Fraga Alfonso gives me all the information that I need to know and also ask for in easy to understand explanations & instructions. The front desk and my patient care coordinator did a superb job in efficiency, accuracy as well as make me feel welcomed. I truly enjoy seeing my doctor and care team every visit!

I was very impressed with the kindness and care of everyone I had contact with at that Lee location, including check-in, Dr Fraga’s medical tech, and Dr. Fraga. They provided the kind of caring service that keeps me returning to these people and this location. I have recommended Dr. Fraga to friends who lost their doctor.
