Dr. Fraga takes the time and listens to my concerns. My test results are sometimes posted the day of testing, and her availability fits into my schedule.

I am always very satisfied with Dr. Fraga Alfonso’s communication, thorough explanations, and plans of attack with regimens, tests and medications if needed. The staff is always courteous and friendly and Dr. Fraga Alfonso is very open and approachable which comforts me with a sense of ease and understanding. I always recommend her and Lee Health when the opportunity presents itself!

I feel that they work very well together they are power team. I wasn’t sitting around waiting in a room alone. My vitals were taking and shortly there after the doctor entered and we carried on a good conversation. We reviewed all of my previous bloodwork and recommendations until the next time we see each other Was very enjoyable and she was very pleasant and sweet

The assisting nurse was very cordial and pleasant. She was most helpful in answering questions of concern and directed me to the doctor on matters she was not familiar with or not within the bounds to answer.

The entire staff was wonderful from the time I arrived. The front desk checked me in a timely manner. I was greeted by a Medical Assistant within 5 minutes and taken back. The Medical Assistant checked my vitals and asked pertinent questions with my illness. Dr. Alfonso was very friendly and showed concern with my [ ] and [ ] to clear up my [ ]. She explained each prescription and was very thorough and offered other home remedies. Although this location is further from Surfside which is where I used to go. The staff was so great that I am going to continue to see Dr. Alfonso. The Medical Assistant went over and beyond to find addresses for facilities that I could go to for my [ ]. Great team work!
