Dr. Fraga is the best PCP, I've ever been to. She is kind, personable and professional. She listens with patience and sincerity. She has good, common sense. Her skills as a physician are outstanding. I am grateful and appreciative to be one of her patients.

The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I wasn't looking forward to establishing a new PCH, but they were all so caring and helpful from the moment I arrived. I feel Dr. Fraga genuinely cares about me and wants to help me improve my health. She's patient and thorough and left me feeling at ease and relieved. Lizzy, her nurse, was so kind and encouraging as well. I look forward to going to the doctor now!

I was very anxious about going to a new facility to establish a new primary care physician and have put it off for quite some time. But my experience with the staff at Lee Health Convenient Care on Pine Island Rd. in Ft. Myers made me so happy I chose them. From the front desk staff on the first floor (where I had waited for a few minutes before the young lady explained my appt was on the second floor) and second floor until the super nice lady who scheduled my follow up appt, everyone I encountered was friendly and pleasant. Lizzy was so warm and friendly, I felt comfortable enough to share with her some things I normally would wait to tell the doctor. She was understanding and encouraging. Dr. Fraga was patient and willing to listen to my concerns and issues. I felt she genuinely understood what I've been experiencing and wanted to help me right away. They were so accommodating and I could tell they love what they do and care about their patients. I'm thrilled to have found them! 😊

I can just say im always greeted happily, and quickly moved on to waiting area, then my name called quickly and brought back to my room. They even walk slow with me because I have [ ] and I appreciate it. I can't remember names I with I could. But the assistant with the long blond hair was so nice to me and very professional. And Dr Fraga is absolutely the best.

I called the office at 8:15 due to a medical issue and was given an appointment for 9 AM the same day. The medical assistant Lindsey was kind and efficient and greeted me warmly. Dr Fraga addressed all my issues and she is the best pcp I've ever had.
