Your front desk staff, medical assistant and the person who checked me out were outstanding. Jocelyn Was the kindest most efficient practitioner that I have ever seen? Her recommendations, her patience the time she took with me her caring. I'm just so appreciative. I was feeling so sick and miserable and she helped me not only physically but mentally.

It's been a loonnnggggg time since I've had a Dr as professional, knowledgable and attentive as Dr Jocelyn. She replaced Kim Town and I couldn't be happier with this! She immediately made me feel at ease, educated and trusted. Well done Lee Health!

My provider Jocelyn was very friendly, kind and was welcoming of any questions I had. It is nice to have access to a female provider at a location close to me. I also really like the check in and check out staff here.

This was my first time seeing Jocelyn Jackson. She was very caring and attentive. I felt comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her .

The entire staff there are so welcoming and make me feel comfortable. Out of all of the docors offices I have ever visited, they are by far the best and most friendly team! I hope they know how much of a difference it makes!

There were 2 nurses that checked me in. They were both very professional and kind. This was my frist time having Jackson. I was very nervous because Kim [ ] has been the only person I have ever been to for a pap. She was wonderful. She took the time to talk to me and get me information a on a question I had. She made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I really appreciate her kindness.

Jocelyn Jackson was extremely helpful in obtaining records not provided by primary care group. She spent sufficient time to do necessary biopsy without having to return for another visit. She also scheduled an ultrasound so I didn't have to wait. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate.
