Everyone was great. From the front desk to the Dr. I was very satisfied. Jocelyn was great, it was my first time seeing her so I wasn't sure what to expect. She was very pleasant, listened,was informative and offered options for me to deal with my womanly changes.

Maria at front office took the time to speak to her supervisor to get me an appointment for me due an urgent matter. Jocelyn Jackson APRN was amazing! Bedside manner was very caring, professional and very knowledgeable. She addressed all my concerns and I left there feeling tremendously better. MA was very pleasant and assured me I was in good hands. Great office!

Jocelyn was very professional and helpful. She took a great amount of time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was very grateful to have had her support and she has ordered tests to determine what the problem might be.

Everyone was so kind and professional and accommodating,I had an emergency problem and I was leaving town for 3 months and they got me right in and I am on the mend and ready for my journey back to my family

The nurse I had talked me through my first visit very well and helped to make me feel calm and relaxed. The doctor answered all my questions and help me move along quickly to get my other appointment. Doctor was also very gentle and explained everything before hand.

Jocelyn Jackson has absolutely blessed me after a previous bad experience with another OBGYN... It was like I had ptsd for gynecology, but I had a health issue arise, I was able to make a last minute appointment with Jocelyn Jackson which I was already so grateful for, but the entire staff at this facility were very friendly, sweet, and when I met Jocelyn Jackson, she was so amazing when I was nervous and gentle in the exam- I am so happy to have discovered a safe space in gynecology!

Dr Jackson is new to me and I'm so happy she's my doctor. She took time to investigate an insurance issue - wrongly coded - and sorted it out. Also showed great gentleness in her examination

Jocelyn Jackson was very professional and personable. She went over the results on my ultrasound thoroughly and answered any questions I had. She took time to familiarize herself with my on screen records as this was my first visit with her. I would highly recommend her services, and I look forward to her continued care.

I was very impressed with my new practitioner Jocelyn Jackson hope I got the spelling corrected she's a new nurse practitioner with your group she's been there about five months at the Paigefield office I thought she was extremely gentle very knowledgeable empathetic and thorough

Your front desk staff, medical assistant and the person who checked me out were outstanding. Jocelyn Was the kindest most efficient practitioner that I have ever seen? Her recommendations, her patience the time she took with me her caring. I'm just so appreciative. I was feeling so sick and miserable and she helped me not only physically but mentally.

It's been a loonnnggggg time since I've had a Dr as professional, knowledgable and attentive as Dr Jocelyn. She replaced Kim Town and I couldn't be happier with this! She immediately made me feel at ease, educated and trusted. Well done Lee Health!
