The nurse I had talked me through my first visit very well and helped to make me feel calm and relaxed. The doctor answered all my questions and help me move along quickly to get my other appointment. Doctor was also very gentle and explained everything before hand.

The staff were very friendly and the medical assistant was amazing. Loved Dr. Jocellyn Jackson. She listened and understood. She was extremely gentle and I'm so grateful. I highly recommend this practice.

Jocelyn Jackson has absolutely blessed me after a previous bad experience with another OBGYN... It was like I had ptsd for gynecology, but I had a health issue arise, I was able to make a last minute appointment with Jocelyn Jackson which I was already so grateful for, but the entire staff at this facility were very friendly, sweet, and when I met Jocelyn Jackson, she was so amazing when I was nervous and gentle in the exam- I am so happy to have discovered a safe space in gynecology!

Dr Jackson is new to me and I'm so happy she's my doctor. She took time to investigate an insurance issue - wrongly coded - and sorted it out. Also showed great gentleness in her examination

Jocelyn Jackson was very professional and personable. She went over the results on my ultrasound thoroughly and answered any questions I had. She took time to familiarize herself with my on screen records as this was my first visit with her. I would highly recommend her services, and I look forward to her continued care.

I was very impressed with my new practitioner Jocelyn Jackson hope I got the spelling corrected she's a new nurse practitioner with your group she's been there about five months at the Paigefield office I thought she was extremely gentle very knowledgeable empathetic and thorough

Your front desk staff, medical assistant and the person who checked me out were outstanding. Jocelyn Was the kindest most efficient practitioner that I have ever seen? Her recommendations, her patience the time she took with me her caring. I'm just so appreciative. I was feeling so sick and miserable and she helped me not only physically but mentally.

It's been a loonnnggggg time since I've had a Dr as professional, knowledgable and attentive as Dr Jocelyn. She replaced Kim Town and I couldn't be happier with this! She immediately made me feel at ease, educated and trusted. Well done Lee Health!

The entire staff there are so welcoming and make me feel comfortable. Out of all of the docors offices I have ever visited, they are by far the best and most friendly team! I hope they know how much of a difference it makes!

There were 2 nurses that checked me in. They were both very professional and kind. This was my frist time having Jackson. I was very nervous because Kim [ ] has been the only person I have ever been to for a pap. She was wonderful. She took the time to talk to me and get me information a on a question I had. She made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I really appreciate her kindness.

Jocelyn Jackson was extremely helpful in obtaining records not provided by primary care group. She spent sufficient time to do necessary biopsy without having to return for another visit. She also scheduled an ultrasound so I didn't have to wait. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate.
