Dr. Klink and his entire team provided an exceptional standard of care from the outset. His expertise, professionalism, compassion, and calm, reassuring manner gave me an immediate sense of relief. He reviewed my scans, explained everything clearly, answered my questions thoroughly, and took the time to discuss the next steps without ever making the appointment feel rushed, despite the demands of a clearly very busy practice. I would also especially like to recognize his nurse, Erica, and PA, Caitlin, whose kindness, attentiveness, and support were greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were equally welcoming, courteous, and efficient, helping to make the entire experience seamless and genuinely patient-centered. I left my appointment feeling reassured, relieved, and genuinely grateful to be under the care of Dr. Klink and his team as I move forward with surgery.

Ciara a nursing student from fsw was my cna the next morning 7 am after late surgery and was very helpful and prompt with my issues. Also the charge nurse overnight was outstanding

Dr. Klink was amazing! He explained everything really well to us, but also contacted the oncologist and they had a discussion for about 10 minutes about the complications of my cancers. Very, very impressed

I left some things in the exam room, went back to retrieve them and they weren't found by the staff on initial search. Hours later received a call that they had been found and were saved safely by staff until I could pick them up. I was impressed by that.
