My experience with Dr. Klink and his entire team over the past two years has been far better than I ever could have hoped for. From my very first appointment through surgery, follow-up care, and every interaction along the way, I was treated with genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect.The staff consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions, ease my concerns, and make a difficult experience as comfortable as possible. By the time I arrived at the hospital for surgery, I felt completely prepared and confident because of the exceptional care I had already received.Dr. Klink and his team set the standard for what outstanding healthcare should look like. I will always be grateful for the care they provided and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing a urologist.

Yes Dr. Klink's assistant was very cheerful and fun to consult with. I don't know her name. She came into the examining room ahead of the doctor to take my information. She was a black lady. I liked talking to her. Dr. Klink is a good physician. He is knowledgeable in his field of medicine. I like his sense of humor. It is subtlety funny. This doctor saved my life! I got a few extra years left in me now. Thank you Dr' Klink for buying this time for me.

Dr. Klink was amazing, he took his time to Explain everything in deep detail. I was going to go back to the first doctor I saw and let him perform my surgery. I left the office got to the first floor and said something wrong. I then remember the Doctor from Naples telling me after I told him I was going to seek a second Opinion, for me to go with the doctor that I felt most Comfortable with. So, I then Realize that was doctor Klink and I went back upstairs and told them that I had a change my heart and wanted Dr. Klink to perform my surgery. Thank you so much Dr. Klink!!

Dr. Klink has wonderful bedside manner. He was very informative about my condition and included me in decision making. I'm very happy with the entire experience.

Dr. Klink was absolutely terrific. His explanation of my cancer treatment was clear, concise, readily understandable, and calmed my frazzled nerves. His entire team was similarly outstanding. Thank god I was referred to Dr. Klink by Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York for treatment.

Upon arriving and first meeting a smiling, friendly and courteous staff to meeting the PA and nurse who were also very friendly, knowledgable and professional to meeting Dr.Klink who was definitely friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Excellent staff and experience. This environment was definitely a welcoming and needed comfort when dealing with uncertainty about a diagnosis.

The 3 gals at the front desk and the other at check out were professional, compassionate (I was 5 min late due to rain and challenging parking, but they permitted me to stay and wait), and looked like fashion models!Both Dr Klink and his smart PA were attentive and caring!

Dr Klink is the best surgeon I have ever had the privilege to know. He saved my life with superior surgical skills. He is a very caring, intuitive, highly skilled, diagnostician who has the "big picture" when in surgery or the office. Dr Klink Is a REAL asset to the Lee Health system.

Dr Klink was very detailed in explaining my CT scan, he showed me the scan and explained how he's going to continue to monitor any concerns with a scan in 6 months. He listened and answered all my questions. He made us feel very comfortable and relieved things are going well.

Dr. Klink is extremely professional in his approach to his practice. Gave us all the time we needed to have our questions answered honestly and that we understood our options. Was particularly impressed that he took the time to visit with my wife in the waiting room after my surgery despite his busy schedule. Would highly recommend Dr. Klink for his professionalism and his empathy.
