I love the ladies in the front office they’re always joyful and happy to see you. It seems! The whole staff is friendly and very polite. The Doctor and the PA are very good. Explain everything to you. What could happen and is going to happen and what to do. I really enjoy going there. They’ve helped my hand greatly.

Kaitlyn was friendly as well as being a professional. She listened to my questions and answers my inquiries without judging the concerns I had. She was patient and concerned for my concerns. She was reassuring.I felt in good hands.

I had one of the best visits to a Lee Health appointment in my 10 years here due to PA-c Kaiser. She headlined my issues, explained the possible options and spent time with me when I asked my questions regarding possible treatments. I will highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Kaiser is an amazing person and a great doctor! She helped me understand my [ ] and helped answer all my questions I had. She has a great personality and very friendly. I had a great experience with her. Dr. Myer same thing he even drew how the [ ] would go and the process and created a visual to help me better understand. He made me feel calm and comfortable during [ ] and all the [ ] needed. He is an OSU fan which is the only down side lol. GO BLUE!!

The young man that check me in was excellent. He exhibited a sense of humor and was interested in my problem. Kaitlyn has excellent listening skills and was very informative. You should be very proud of both employees.

Outstanding efficiency all around. Actually started my appointment the moment I walked into the office 5 min early. Kaitlyn is extremely professional and quickly surmised my issue and agreed that a second cortisone shot would be required. She explained that most patients with [ ] react well to the second treatment; however if problems persist the next option would be [ ]. She again suggested a follow up appointment be made, cancellable by me if I felt there were no more issues following the [ ]. The front office staff booked my appointment with ease and I was gone in 10 min! This just doesn't happen unless an office is highly organized the way they are. Full marks!
