Honestly the girl that helped me upfront was outstanding and very kind. I was taken back by a young fellow that was very kind and professional. A little later miss Kaiser PA came in a she was very good. She explained that the problem was something other than what I was thinking and clearly explained why. As she was giving each of the [ ], she knew it was [ ], and quietly said during each [ ] “I’m sorry”. That a caring heart. She did a fine job

Dr. Kaiser took her time to explain the mechanics of my condition, and the treatment. She was very helpful and willing to find time for the next appointment. I think she’s very knowledgeable and professional, qualities that I appreciate. The front desk staff is very pleasant and professional. I feel very comfortable going to this office.

I love the ladies in the front office they’re always joyful and happy to see you. It seems! The whole staff is friendly and very polite. The Doctor and the PA are very good. Explain everything to you. What could happen and is going to happen and what to do. I really enjoy going there. They’ve helped my hand greatly.

I had one of the best visits to a Lee Health appointment in my 10 years here due to PA-c Kaiser. She headlined my issues, explained the possible options and spent time with me when I asked my questions regarding possible treatments. I will highly recommend her to others.
