I think all the staff needs to learn to speak a little louder. There's a lot of older people there that have hearing problems like myself was born and had to ask several times to repeat themselves.

Overall experience was wonderful. I was very surprised on how fast Kaitlyn responded to a question I sent her on the MyChart app. I sent it that morning of my appointment and received a response by lunch time! Thank you!
