The young man that check me in was excellent. He exhibited a sense of humor and was interested in my problem. Kaitlyn has excellent listening skills and was very informative. You should be very proud of both employees.

Outstanding efficiency all around. Actually started my appointment the moment I walked into the office 5 min early. Kaitlyn is extremely professional and quickly surmised my issue and agreed that a second cortisone shot would be required. She explained that most patients with [ ] react well to the second treatment; however if problems persist the next option would be [ ]. She again suggested a follow up appointment be made, cancellable by me if I felt there were no more issues following the [ ]. The front office staff booked my appointment with ease and I was gone in 10 min! This just doesn't happen unless an office is highly organized the way they are. Full marks!
