From greeting at check-in to the well wishes when I left, every person was cheerful and focused on my needs listening attentively to me. I always feel I as a person have been seen and heard and every attempt was made to take care of me in the best possible way.

Dr. O's medical assistant, Veronica, was amazing - she listened to my concerns about the difficulty in scheduling an appointment, especially when I had an ongoing issue and had been a patient of Dr. O's for many years. She also impressed me with the fact that she reviewed my most recent hospital stay before seeing me and was very thorough in making sure all information in the system was correct.
