Chanel was outstanding in providing care. She answered all of my questions and I felt at ease. She didn't rush me. She provided support and suggestions to assist me at home with my care. The MA Monica (I think was her name) was also fantastic. She was kind and patient with me. She has a gentle tone when speaking.

I am traveling to the Philippines and needed guidance re flying at my age. 83. Chanel answered my questions and advised me about something I was considering re deep vein thrombosis. She was so good at educating me about risks and how to prevent developing serious medical problems (cholera or food bourne illnesses. I now feel I can better take care of myself and my health.
