Dr Mendez is an amazing doctor! Super caring and very smart. We talked about more than just [ ] because he was recently sick he took an extra minute to answer a question I had regarding him [ ]. He's amazing. They are super busy there so it can take a while to get in but they always answer through the portal very quickly!

It is evident that Dr. Mendez truly cares about my daughter's health. He always takes the time to listen to all details, explain anything that seems unclear, and provides scientific data/information that can be helpful in making decisions. Dr. Mendez has known my daughter for the [ ], since she was around 5 or 6 years old. He has always given her a voice. He has always allowed her to explain what an asthma attack feels like, to describe the trouble she's had while [ ] in her own way, etc. She's very aware of her health, aware of triggers, and finding solutions because of our visits with him.

Dr Mendez and his staff were exceptional. It's hard to find his level of care in a doctor anymore. It's refreshing to see the compassion is still out there.

I am so impressed with Dr Mendez and his staff Katie at the front desk was so friendly Vanessa the LPN provided excellent care and was so friendly. Dr Mendez was outstanding. I am so glad I found him and his office A plus rating !!!

My first visit and I was very impressed with the entire staff in the office, and especially Dr. Mendez. He took his time, explained everything well and I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and his care. He and his staff are first rate.

Dr. Mendez was extreme Remely helpful in identifying and connecting symptoms to confirm a diagnosis. He even went as far as drawing pictures to help explain in detail the situation I was experiencing. He want above and beyond to address my concerns. I wish I had seen him years ago.

Dr. Mendez and his staff were absolutely excellent! My daughter has been dealing with a lot and for the first time I left an appointment feeling like someone genuinely dedicated to finding out what is going on with my daughter. Everyone was attentive and caring. They did an excellent job in making my daughter feel as comfortable as possible. The appointment was not rushed and I felt that everyone dedicated their time to my daughter and myself. Everyone at this office, from the front desk staff to Dr. Mendez, to his nurse Shelby (and another lovely nurse whose name I didn’t get (I’m sorry!) deserve all the kudos!

Every appointment I have had with Dr Mendez has been exceptional. I have seen more drs than I thought I’d see in a life time for a still [ ]. 99.9% of the drs I have consulted have dismissed me after waiting months to see them. Dr. Mendez from the first appointment recognized that I needed help and has gone the extra mile each and every visit, in between visits and in communication! He is exceptional and deserving of all accolades available to physicians in the Lee Health system. His staff also reflects his helpfulness and care.

Yes! Dr. Mendez' nurse told us that she was cutting into Dr. Mendez' lunch break, so she was trying to go quickly. When Dr. Mendez came in, he was so relaxed and spent time making my 2 year old laugh, asking me if I had any questions, and explaining everything very thoroughly. You would have never thought he had to eat lunch, let alone that we were cutting into his time.

We had such a wonderful experience at this Dr’s visit. Everyone in the office went above and beyond and was super courteous and nice to all of us. The bedside manner was absolutely amazing. The way Dr Mendez interacted with my daughter and made her smile brought so much joy to my heart. We have been to many doctors due to her being [ ] and this is the absolute best. Thank you!

Dr. Mendez was nothing short of AMAZING! He took the time to ask questions, listen and provide advice. My husband and I were blown away with his knowledge. He explained everything to us in detail and always asked if we had any questions. Dr. Mendez is a GEM! Thank you for providing great service. I truly hope he gets to see this message.

Dr. Mendez was a wonderful provider. He took his time explaining my medical condition and exams done in house. The nurses was also very gentle and kind. Overall I was very happy with my visit. I would most definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I am extremely impressed with Dr Mendez. He spent the time with me to explain his diagnosis and gave me time to answer any questions. He was able to communicate with explanations understandable to a lay person. I highly recommend Dr Mendez.
