Dr. Mendez was extreme Remely helpful in identifying and connecting symptoms to confirm a diagnosis. He even went as far as drawing pictures to help explain in detail the situation I was experiencing. He want above and beyond to address my concerns. I wish I had seen him years ago.

Dr. Mendez and his staff were absolutely excellent! My daughter has been dealing with a lot and for the first time I left an appointment feeling like someone genuinely dedicated to finding out what is going on with my daughter. Everyone was attentive and caring. They did an excellent job in making my daughter feel as comfortable as possible. The appointment was not rushed and I felt that everyone dedicated their time to my daughter and myself. Everyone at this office, from the front desk staff to Dr. Mendez, to his nurse Shelby (and another lovely nurse whose name I didn’t get (I’m sorry!) deserve all the kudos!

In my 81 years of life I never had a better doctor then Dr Mendez. He also has an excellent staff.

Every appointment I have had with Dr Mendez has been exceptional. I have seen more drs than I thought I’d see in a life time for a still [ ]. 99.9% of the drs I have consulted have dismissed me after waiting months to see them. Dr. Mendez from the first appointment recognized that I needed help and has gone the extra mile each and every visit, in between visits and in communication! He is exceptional and deserving of all accolades available to physicians in the Lee Health system. His staff also reflects his helpfulness and care.

Dr. Mendez himself is excellent and I want to say Vanessa is amazing…Vanessa has helped so much in getting my sons [ ] approved after a long wait of 6 months going back and fourth…she has what’s called customer service and empathy

Yes! Dr. Mendez' nurse told us that she was cutting into Dr. Mendez' lunch break, so she was trying to go quickly. When Dr. Mendez came in, he was so relaxed and spent time making my 2 year old laugh, asking me if I had any questions, and explaining everything very thoroughly. You would have never thought he had to eat lunch, let alone that we were cutting into his time.

We had such a wonderful experience at this Dr’s visit. Everyone in the office went above and beyond and was super courteous and nice to all of us. The bedside manner was absolutely amazing. The way Dr Mendez interacted with my daughter and made her smile brought so much joy to my heart. We have been to many doctors due to her being [ ] and this is the absolute best. Thank you!

Dr Mendez is the absolute best! I would never want to go to any other immunologist. I have had other drs in the past but none can compare to Dr. Mendez. His assistant is top notch also.

Dr. Mendez was nothing short of AMAZING! He took the time to ask questions, listen and provide advice. My husband and I were blown away with his knowledge. He explained everything to us in detail and always asked if we had any questions. Dr. Mendez is a GEM! Thank you for providing great service. I truly hope he gets to see this message.

Dr. Mendez was a wonderful provider. He took his time explaining my medical condition and exams done in house. The nurses was also very gentle and kind. Overall I was very happy with my visit. I would most definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I am extremely impressed with Dr Mendez. He spent the time with me to explain his diagnosis and gave me time to answer any questions. He was able to communicate with explanations understandable to a lay person. I highly recommend Dr Mendez.

Dr Mendez was amazing. My daughter has such [ ] when it comes to apptointments that she was already upset when we were in the waiting room. He came in, said hello, then proceeded to bring in a small table/chair for her to sit at and color while we talked. He then spent time coloring with her and talking so she would be comfortable. He did not rush and was just amazing with her. When you’re a parent of a child with [ ], you usually have providers who will rush through appts just to get you out. Not him- he included my daughter and made sure all questions were answered. Definitely one of a kind doctor.

Dr. Mendez is EXCELLENT. He spent A LOT more time with me than I deserved. He is warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and "unpretentious" (Not "full of himself" or, not "the center of the universe"). I suspect his compassion comes from not only who he is as a physician but, Dr. Mendez's cultural upbringing as well. Lee Group is fortunate to have him on staff. Thank you Dr. Mendez. PS - I must mention the LPN who processed my intake. EXCELLENT!

As usual, Dr Mendez was very thorough. He asks probing questions designed to make you think about your condition and give him answers with more depth than you might have come up with on your own. He also takes the time to explain what effects my condition might have on other aspects of my medical health.

I have been seeing Dr Mendez for over 20 years and he and his staff have always been polite and helpful with any health issues I have had. He is an amazing Doctor and caring person.
