Dr Almonte took extra time in explaining the details of my Labs and made sure the information of all the results were clear to me. I felt very well informed. Dr Almonte and nurse Mckinley were both very helpful in the process of acquiring a pre-authorization for a procedure at the Pain Management Center with Dr ( ). It was the most efficient and helpful pre-authorization request in years of frustrating attempts, some with no results at all causing me expensive out-of-pocket cost due to lack of communication and effort on the LPG side of the process. Finally some follow through due to Dr Almonte's and Mckinley's efforts have given me some piece of mind.

Dr. Marli always takes the time to listen to my problem and provide an assessment of the issue. She addresses the issue in a way that is easy for anyone to understand and asks questions so I know she's not just jumping to conclusions. Great doctor. There is also a woman whose name I can't remember, an assistant who I met at the first appointment who is originally from Lawrence, MA and she truly made me feel seen which also made me comfortable with seeing a new doctor.

The nurse assistant was great took her time to check vitals and was friendly I forgot her name but we both drove Scatpacks :), and Doctor Almonte is just incredible. I genuinely feel like she cares about me, and that makes a huge difference. I know she sees a lot of patients, but the way she goes over results and provides feedback is excellent.I also appreciate that she does not sugarcoat things. She is very honest, thorough, and straightforward. I honestly do not know where I would be without her. While my progress has been slow at times, I know that is due to my own personal decisions and lifestyle choices, but she is constantly customizing the plan to fit my needs.You guys are lucky to have her!!!

Dr Almonte is incredible. She took her time to explain everything to me and she even made sure to give me tips as to how to improve my health based on my test results. I told her about some health issues that I was having and she was attentive and caring. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
