Robbi at the front desk was pleasant. The nurse was great also, though I don't remember her name. Lorente is an amazing PA, very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. It shows that he cares about his patients.

Annie was very helpful in explaining proper use of catheters should the need arise. She was very friendly, seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful in providing what I needed. Also the person who made the appointment for me from Cape Coral Hospital, I believe her name is Maria. She was able to get me an appointment on very short notice as I was only a couple of days away from traveling out of state.
