Reception people very friendly upon arrival. Nurse AYANA exceptional in thoroughness and care for me and is always concerned, giving enough time for me to explain my progress/regress since last visit (I visit in-person every 60 days). The Dr. Never fails to be thorough via physical testing, thorough questioning of pain level and how meds are helping plus his manner is always excellent from greeting to departure.

I would like to thank the Doctor for being respectful and understanding. He took the time to listen and explain to me about some concerns I had. He was very professional and educated to my needs. Very little do you find doctors who actually care about their patients. Also the MA was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of all staff, even ones that I have no interaction with. One smiled and nodded that I saw. I was handled in a timely manner, and it was right on schedule. The doctor sat down and took his time with me and listened to what I had to say. He was very attentive to me and I look forward to my next visit with him.

I have been going to this office for over 3 years and never had a bad experience. From greeting you walking in the door to scheduling when leaving, everyone has always been helpful and friendly. Dr. Hyppolite has always answered my questions and spent plenty of time with me, never rushed. He's always in a positive mood and smiling.

Dr Hyppolite is absolutely wonderful. He treats you like a person not a number. He includes you in any decisions for your care and listens to all your concerns and if need be he makes whatever adjustments to fit what is needed. He also has a very calming demeanor which makes the appointment so much more enjoyable. This is important especially for someone that has high anxiety about visiting doctors. The office staff is just as amazing. Very personable and very caring. I highly recommend this office.
