Our appointment with Dr Papola was beyond outstanding. Such a well organized, detailed to all matters, such a professional doctor, extremely kind and welcoming with children and with all during our time there. I cannot say enough of this gifted and beautiful personal Dr Papola of how she is and how so privileged we are to have her as Anna's doctor! Thank you for having Dr Papola at your facility.

Dr. Papola is wonderful. She listens, does not make me feel rushed, shows true concern for my son and our family, and always helps us think through ways to help.

Dr Papola is always fantastic. Very thorough great listener allows for questions and ensures understanding of care from parents and child. Definitely recommend.

Christine in the front office is amazing each and every time. Dr. Papola is always very thorough and explains things very well. Both Dr. Papola and her staff are a blessing to our community.

Dr. Papola is an amazing provider. She always listens to any concerns and is very assuring. Dr. Papola is efficient but also effective and I always leave the appointment satisfied and always feels that my son's needs are met. I drive 2.5 hours to see Dr. Papola and will not change that!

Dr Papola is always always great!! She explains everything in complete details to the parent and child alike and gives plenty of opportunity for questions and spends plenty of time during the appointment. Super friendly and professional. The lady at the checkout counter is always great. My child is a long term patient of hers and will contour to be. We have never been made to wait for our appointment time.

Dr Papola and her checkout clerk are always amazing would definitely recommend. Easy to get in and out. Never had to wait past appointment time. She always spends a quality amount of time with us and gives opportunity for questions and explains all things in great detail in an understandable way.

Dr. Papola is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to truly get to know each family, asks about things that were previously discussed in a prior appointment, follows up on any concerns, gives recommendations, etc. She doesn't make me feel rushed, like so many Dr's do. She listens, takes detailed notes and follows through with what she says. She has been a true blessing to our family.

We had the most excellent experience with our 2 kids. All the doctors and other workers were really nice. This was the best experience in 9 years. I thank Dr. Papola and the team.

I had a wonderful experience during our visit. Macey was outstanding with my son, she was patient, kind, and made him feel completely at ease. I also really appreciated having the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Papola without feeling rushed. It meant a lot to be able to speak openly while my son was in another room playing a game, so he didn’t overhear our conversation. Dr. Papola was also thoughtful in making sure my younger son was engaged with toys so we could talk without interruption. She was truly amazing, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention we received.

Dr Pamela is amazing. First time after 10 years in USA I found a doctor that really cared about my son and took her time to make sure she answered to all my questions and explained to me everything in detail. Amazing person and doctor

Dr. Papola has been amazing with my daughters and in sorting through the real challenges and connecting us with needed resources for my daughters to be their best. She is great at connecting with the youth while also hearing the parents concerns and finding a plan of action for complete health.
