The office staff is always kind and caring, the nurses as well. They take the time to listen and care about the children under their care. Dr Papola is excellent from beginning to the end of your visit and always available if you need to reach her.

Dr Papola is great. Her bedside manner and the way she communicates with my son is great. He feels very comfortable with her. That’s what I like about her even if she has to talk to him about something he’s not feeling scared or worried. She makes him feel comfortable talking about his problems. He enjoys going to the doctor.

Dr. Papola was very thorough in discussing with me the needs and strengths of my child. She took her time with me and with my child. She was very helpful in identifying the next steps towards my child’s developmental goals. Nikki was very helpful with the online app. She was patient with me and helped set up my account.

Dr. Papola is a fantastic developmental pediatrician who provided exceptional care for my son. She explained everything in great detail, ensuring I understood each aspect of my son's developmental delays. Her thorough approach and clear communication were incredibly reassuring. Additionally, Dr. Papola offered practical and effective pointers that have significantly aided my son's progress. Her expertise and compassionate manner make her an outstanding specialist in her field.

Everyone here is wonderful from start to finish. We’ve been extremely happy and impressed with all of the staff. We love Dr. Papola and her team. We met her now new nurse assistant Monica, who was incredible as well. When you would recommend the team to anyone that we knew would potentially need services such as this further child.

Dr Papola is an excellent physician. She's caring and very patient with all question and needs. She's extremely thorough and never rushed with patient care. She's respectful of your feelings and your child's feelings involving sensitive care/diagnosis. She educates you and explains her diagnosis as well as obtains your opinion and permission prior to diagnosing. The office is very kid friendly. There was a video game room set up for the kids with child monitoring by the staff. Therefore, the physician could speak with me, and all questions be met.

Dr.PAMELA J PAPOLA has been my son's behavior specialists for 8+ years and she is excellent! My son Paul is on the autism spectrum and he has progressed immensely with Dr.Papolas help! We are so grateful for all her expertise and recommendations.

I think Dr Palpola did a great job. She was very kind and understanding. She made the process easier than it should have been by helping with forms and our understanding of the assessment. She was engaged and seemed truly engaged and empathetic.

Though trying to schedule for an appointment is tough, our experience with the group is really good. The team took time to explain things. They are very good with attending to our needs and listening to our concerns. Dr. Papola is nothing but sweet and knowledgeable. She is professional and made us at ease.

The initial intake by the nurse was friendly and welcoming. Made it easy to open up about concerns for my child. The front desk was professional, and friendly. The provider was easy to talk to and very informative over concerns and potential future testing. I have no negative responses about this office and caring staff! Would recommend 100% to everyone!

Dr. Papola is very thorough and does not rush at all with her appointments. She was very helpful and explaining and recommending transition for Kellen. This is probably the best doctors office I have ever dealt with in terms of information and direction. I would highly recommend Dr Pamela Papola to anyone that has a child with [ ]. I only wish that we had been referred to her sooner.
