Dr. Papola has been amazing with my daughters and in sorting through the real challenges and connecting us with needed resources for my daughters to be their best. She is great at connecting with the youth while also hearing the parents concerns and finding a plan of action for complete health.

The entire staff, nurse and Dr. Papola were very friendly and kind to me, my mother and my son Jayden who was a bit nervous and afraid during the appointment. Everyone was gentle with him and overall the visit was great!

MY son has a hard time with Dr appointments and with Dr Papola and her staff he is totally at ease. Allows them to do what needs to be done.

Everybody was amazing but Dr. Papola was the absolute best! She didn�t immediately put her on medication and we figured out a plan of action for my daughter. 10/10 would reccomend!

Dr. Papola is wonderful and the staff is amazing. We had Macey for a nurse and she was very sweet. And super helpful. We have already referred the Office and Dr. Papola to three different people now. I’m not sure if they have came or not to you all, but we have referred you all out to several people. Thank you all for your hard work and assistance. And always being so prompt to answer questions. We greatly appreciate it, especially during the difficult time that our family is having.

The front desk staff was most excellent during this visit. They were polite, cordial, and speedy with processing clients. I also received a phone call the day before to remind me of the appointment, which was very nice. Dr. Papola is consistently pleasant and goes above-and-beyond, as well. Thank you for being amazing!!

She is queen of [ ] and a huge asset to the autism communities. She is the best developmental pediatrician in the state if not nationally. We love this provider, and so thankful for her.

She’s always very patient all the staff members are great I’ve been working with her for years it’s a drive for me to get there but I don’t mind because she’s a very professional doctor and she cares and that’s what matters

The office staff is always kind and caring, the nurses as well. They take the time to listen and care about the children under their care. Dr Papola is excellent from beginning to the end of your visit and always available if you need to reach her.

Dr Papola is great. Her bedside manner and the way she communicates with my son is great. He feels very comfortable with her. That’s what I like about her even if she has to talk to him about something he’s not feeling scared or worried. She makes him feel comfortable talking about his problems. He enjoys going to the doctor.

Dr. Papola was very thorough in discussing with me the needs and strengths of my child. She took her time with me and with my child. She was very helpful in identifying the next steps towards my child’s developmental goals. Nikki was very helpful with the online app. She was patient with me and helped set up my account.

Dr. Papola is a fantastic developmental pediatrician who provided exceptional care for my son. She explained everything in great detail, ensuring I understood each aspect of my son's developmental delays. Her thorough approach and clear communication were incredibly reassuring. Additionally, Dr. Papola offered practical and effective pointers that have significantly aided my son's progress. Her expertise and compassionate manner make her an outstanding specialist in her field.

Everyone here is wonderful from start to finish. We’ve been extremely happy and impressed with all of the staff. We love Dr. Papola and her team. We met her now new nurse assistant Monica, who was incredible as well. When you would recommend the team to anyone that we knew would potentially need services such as this further child.
