Mackenzie was greatDr Trivedi as usual took his time explained my blood work and plan moving forward. Addressed my questions.He also saw my neighbor who was thrilled with how Dr Trivedi answered his questions.I trust Dr Trivedi and have since he first came to Florida. I was his second patient when he came to Lee Heart.

Dr Trivedi did not look at me just through cardiac eyes. He saw me as a whole person. He put my mind to rest about any cardiac concerns that I had. However he saw something in my blood that concerned him SO much that he texted another Doctor and asked for an immediate consult. The other Doctor returned his text while I was still in his office and their office called me while I was driving home. Three other doctors had seen the bloodwork and told me to get a follow up and I should wait for a call. To date if Dr Trivedi hadn't felt something needed to be done immediately, I would still be waiting. No one else ever called. THAT is one reason I drove over an hour to see Dr Trivedi. He is that good and I trust him with my life

Dr T is personable and made me feel he was genuinely invested in my health. He made direct eye contact during our discussion. This may sound trivial, but other doctors speak to you from their side as if the computer is more interesting.

The receptionist at the front desk walked me all the way to cardiology which made me feel so special, the assistant nurse was so warm and welcoming. Took her time and explained the EKG process step by step. The cardiologist took his time and explained the entire process with patience. This was a positive experience.

Dr Trivedi is very kind. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great compassionate doctor. He listens to my concerns, we discuss them then he comes up with a plan. I believe in him so much I now drive much further to remain his patient. You couldn't ask for a better heart doctor.

Rachel, Dr. Trivedi nurse..so kind and listened ; she made me feel at ease.Dr. Trivedi was wonderful. He was very patient and took the time to answer my questions, let me participate in decisions for my care, and made excellent recommendations for me to consider in my care. He ordered the tests discussed and made me feel that he truly cared about my health. Highly recommend him!

Dr Trivedi and the staff are outstanding to work with. I see many providers in th the Lee Health system and they are a great representation of what excellent care looks like. They treat everyone with respect and compassion. The other thing that sets them apart is that you receive a response to your My chart communication in a timely manner which does not happen with other providers across the system.

The staff was professional and friendly. The medical asst McKenzie was really personable, professional and showed great active listening skills. I also liked Dr. T who displayed the same skills. They make a good team and it was an all around A plus experience.
