Dr. kupsaw was so patient so kind so accommodating. I was so afraid that this whole appointment was really gonna [ ] and his his manner and kindness couldn’t have been any any better. Yes, he answered all of my questions. The nursing staff went over and above to make me feel safe and comfortable. I must say this is the very very best treatment that I have had in any of the Lee memorial facilities I can’t say that about [ ], and I can’t say that about the [ ] that I had recently. I would recommend [ ] to every single person that ever needs it. I hope he never retires

His assistant Susanne was a tremendous help with how to care for my [ ] daily with dressing changes and step-by-step instructions for me and my Health Advocate Nurse who accompanied me there. Susanne's attention to detail and TLC were very reassuring. Her work with Dr. Kupsaw is admirable :-) Thank you, Susanne!
