All staff were a pleasure to work. Patient And helpful. Both Dr [ ] and Dr Kupshaw were very good and willing to explain a procedure I was not familiar with. I especially apreciated being shown the room and where the process would be done. Very helpful in helping me get an idea of what would be done and me becoming more comfortable.

Yes Every body l Had contact with was very polite & it all started at the front door. The attendant who cleaned my leg & got me ready for the Doctor was polite & easy to talk to. Doctor came in examine my leg & said looks good.The attendant came In bandage my leg asked if I needed anything & was very polite.

The assistant was very kind and understanding of the patient's physical inabilities, did not rush him and provided him with pillows and helps to make him more comfortable. She had everything ready for the doctor's needs. She had already moved us to a larger exam room to accommodate everyone.

The whole team is amazing. Starting with Dr. Kupsaw and his assistant. Yohana and Bryanna the nurses. Clover did my bandages and was quick, efficient, and friendly. La 'Daisha (sp?) and Doramis at reception. Ada, Ketty, and the others who are part of the team. It takes a team to run an office.

The Dr. He knew immediately that I needed surgery, which I knew I needed. I've been to about 30 other appointments at Wound Center, and all they did was debrief wound, rebandage, then say see you in a week. I've been d along with this off and on for 2-1/2 years. I appreciate the outstanding care!!
