The doctor was great! The nurse who helped him was excellent. She always was there with whatever he needed to help things go smoother or less painful for me.

Dr.Kupsaw is the best of the best. He spent alot of time with me. Gave me instructions for wound care and made arrangements for FOLLOWUP soon. His staff cleaned and rebandaged my wounds.

Ketty is an excellent nurse and she deserves recognition. She's an excellent people person and she wraps my legs very well. I wish I could ask for her every time. We used to be able to ask for a specific nurse but now we can't so I was very fortunate to get hurt yesterday.

Dr Kupsaw was so interested in my problem-the wound. He was so kind & pleasant. Every moment he was with me I knew he was only interested in helping me. I highly recommend him & his staff. I felt so at home & was being helped at all times.

Dr Kupsaw and his assistant were very informative and skilled in the wound care I recieved in the office. The finishing nurse bandaged me and explained what she did as well. Felt I was in very capable hands.

Dr. Kupsaw and his (sorry, but I don't remember her name) nurse provided excellent, professional services during my appointment. They answered my questions and actually listened to me. That is a rare occurrence for me here in this part of Florida.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the names, but the person checking me in was very friendly. At checkout, the person noticed me waiting and acknowledged me and let know it would be a few more minutes. This was nice.Dr. Kupsaw was very friendly, professional and thorough. He is a very pleasant and caring person.During my last 3 visits, the medical assistants were also very friendly, professional and helpful. Overall, my experiences have been very pleasant.

Dr. Kupsaw took the time to listen to me & also look at my recent visit to my other Lee Health doctors' report on My Chart. He is kind, extremely supportive & explained my condition to me & his treatment plan! I'm looking forward to seeing him in 2 weeks. Also his nurse Keddy was kind & also a good listener & was very professional in her job! She gently bandaged & wrapped my wound.

Dr Kupsaw was very concerned about my wound. He took his time class and expected were we had to do before my next advanced His nurse was very good keeping me calm during the cleaning of my wound. I would highly recommend this facility.
