Customer service oriented physican Dr. Brito and MA Camille. Targeted reason for seeking care. Mutual decision making respected. Provider was complete in assessment. Registration timely. Registration for imagery (Leti) was excellent/empathetic. Was my first encounter with Lee Health and as a healthcare provider myself (retired nurse) and new resident I had a very positive experience. Thank you to all.

I REALLY appreciated the warm welcome at check in. Reception staff was amazing. Also, the cleanliness and overall pleasant atmosphere was very much appreciated. Thank you for investing in the facility. The "in-room check out" was also a nice touch instead of having to go back out to a desk to schedule a follow on appt etc.

Dr Brito Mantilla & nurse Camile were just wonderful .. Competent, responsive, kind & excellent people skills (listening, respectful, etc) .. Lee Health should "decorate" both of them !!
