Every person at "the desk", and especially Laverne, my nurse. She was quick and efficient due to time restraints, while at the same time making me feel like my responses were important and worth listening to. She exuded caring and professionalism at the same time. The front desk folks were very kind and friendly, and they smiled as though they really enjoyed their work.

Front office staff is always friendly and efficient.Laverne makes my anxious mom so at ease!She listens to every word and performs the exam without you even knowing you are being tested. Laverne is lovely!

Laverne was friendly, funny, honest, and thorough. She explained medical jargon in an understandable way. She reviewed the process that led to the recommendations. She clarified when needed, didn't get distracted by excuses and generally kept encouraging a healthy lifestyle to promote a longer healthspan. She is a real gem!
