Mrs. Jones listened carefully to everything I had to say, gave me honest answers, and helped me (and my husband) understand the process and the need for the process. She understands the issues and how improvement can be a goal. Having hope is essential to carry out [ ] and use the equipment required. She is absolutely the best and kindest I have met. I am already looking forward to next year.

I arrived an hour early by [ ] and was surprisingly taken care of in a very short time. I received better news than expected and was not rushed at all. Laverne Jones explained everything and provided my results to my doctor at Cypress Cove and a copy to me. She changed a [ ] I was taking, saying it possibly was hampering my [ ].
