Laverne Jones was excellent in every way. She asked questions with a smile and has a calming method of presenting required activities. Her professionalism was excellent and aided by friendliness that has not been shown by others in this group. Testing was explained carefully and much clearer than others have presented. I would recommend her to any of my friends. The best thing about this visit was how she presented questions as normal conversation rather than a test of "gotcha" questions that turn off thought process.

She consistently has trouble being set up for and smoothly engaging in virtual appointments. Having her spend time before the appointment to be ready with the technology, what’s on her screens, etc., would be helpful. She spending much of the appointment making her own notes in the chart and could be more focused on directly engaging with the patient.

Laverne is a wonderful listener to both the patient and caregiver. She obviously wanted my spouse to feel comfortable in the appointment and worked with her on ways she could [ ]. We both highly recommend her to anyone

As with all the doctors, nurses and staff I’ve dealt with at Lee Health I couldn’t be more pleased..I’ve heard that Lee Health may be going public, will the great service continue? Especially the time spent with the patients, will that stay the same?

Laverne Jones was very helpful and kind in explaining the procedure to be taken for this evaluation. I was very unsettled when I arrived, but with in the first five minutes she helped me to understand how “things” would go. After that I was far more confortable leaving than when I arrived. I am grateful to her.

Ms. Jones was wonderful. She took time with my father and treated him with compassion and respect. He really liked her and told me that he wants her to be his doctor. I did explain, as best I could, that she is not a medical doctor but rather a memory 'doctor'. He seemed to accept this but also seemed disappointed that she was not able to be his regular doctor. Everyone at your memory clinic has been wonderful and I appreciate the time and help that they take with us when we are at an appointment.
