I couldn't have asked for better care

I normally don't complete surveys, but the service provided yesterday, especially from Dr. Fernandez was exceptional. He spent a lot of time with me, spoke to me and listened to me. And all the years of dealing with my chronic illness, I've never had a doctor treat me the way he did with such respect. Not only as his patient, but as a human being. He didn't dismiss me like most doctors do. He was also courteous and listening to my story and how I came to be this way. His care was so good. My husband will be visiting him as well. I truly appreciate the care and hope to continue At your practice as your patient. Thank you.

Both Dr. Fernandez and Renee, the medical assistant, Were very good! We literally flown in from out of town, had called a day or two ahead of time and my wife was ill. We were able to secure an appointment the same day we arrive. Dr. Fernandez went over all the information from her emergency room visit up north, examined her, and we agreed on a course of medication and a follow up.

Exceptional visit and attention to my medical care and plan! Dr Fernandez took time to review my entire blood panel and discuss the results. Felt like I was his only patient of the day and he was not rushed. Very calming and showed compassion. Great Doctor

Customer service and Medical Assistant was really professional and pleasant. Dr Fernandez is a very caring doctor and he takes his time and covers everything and he listens to all my concerns and tries to accommodate my work schedule.

Dr Fernandez was patient, understanding, professional and caring. He spent time to learn and suggest strategies. Between visits when blood work results came available, he contacted us at home with results and recommendations.
