Santiago at check-in was friendly and good at his job. Maelyn, the MA, demonstrated skill, kindness and respect. Dr. Fernandez was very thorough, made thoughtful recommendations, and even phoned later in the day to clarify a few things that he Noticed in my medical record when reviewing it after the visit.

Santiago at the front desk was friendly but professional. Maylein the MA was kind, friendly and good at her job. Dr. Fernandez was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did a complete review of my chart and even called later to clarify a few things. Great team!

Overall, the doctor and the staff were very attentive to my needs, always asking whether there was anything else they could check on my behalf. Dr. Fernandez is very thorough and caring. He does not impose but rather suggests what is best for a patient.

My previous physician, Dr Kent [ ] moved into another role within Lee Health, which required me to seek obtaining a new primary care physician. I was provided a list of several physician and selected Dr. Juan Fernandez for his medical training and experience. During my recently scheduled appointment, I was extremely pleased at Dr. Fernandez's preparation for appointment and his understanding with my anxiety on having to obtain a new primary care physician, especially with my array of medical issues stemming from a back injury 13 years ago. Dr. Fernandez far exceeded my expectations and at the end of my appointment he was willing to take me on as a new patient.

Dr. Fernandez and his team represent what I respect and admire from healthcare providers. They were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel heard and understood during all of my visits. Dr Fernandez understood my concerns about my health and didn't dismiss them, he gave me references to the providers he believed would help me with my issues and ordered all the labs I needed to have to figure our what was wrong with me. Thanks to him, I am already receiving treatment and my labs have significantly improved.

Yes Dr Fernandez took they time reviewed my blood work medical history that I brought to the visit and explained options in detail. I would like to mention that Rhonda with your scheduling department was very helpful In getting my appointment rescheduled In a timley manner. She even called back to confirm a time change.
