Both the receptionist and the PA were excellent. Extremely professional and friendly and made you feed comfortable.

I been to 3 different gastro specicialist. And this Dr has been the 4th. For once I didnt feel like the Dr was "annoyed" with me. I have high anxiety due to my problems and I felt comfortable enough to speak to the staff there.

Well all the stuff actually is very friendly and helpful. Dr Black's nursing assistant was very cordial during the whole visit as well. Dr Black herself is very friendly and easy to talk to it is very much appreciated.
