Ms. Black was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. She listened and I didn't feel like are visit was rushed. She communicated very clear and was very informative. I feel like she really listens and gave me very helpful advise along with instructions that are easy to follow. Everyone one of my past [ ] I was just rushed into needing to schedule a procedure and I really like how she feels like that is the last option that needs to be done. Thank you for a great provider.

I want to THANK Jill for listening to me when I called last week, asking for an earlier appt than [ ]. I really appreciate it. And being able to get that [ ]!! I never thought I’d be so happy to hear from a Gastro Doctors office lol I’ve been dealing with this [ ] ongoing medical issues since [ ]. I don’t remember names front desk nurses name but appreciate all. Very welcoming and the nurse had a great sense of humor that I appreciate also. And that she as well as Kylee could appreciate my humor. Things are moving forward for me now with having this appt. And resolving these ongoing issues. Kind regards [ ]

Kylee is GREAT! She has a lovely personality about her and she is excellent at her job. She is very intelligent and she took care of business with the patient (me) quickly. I and you should be pleased that she works for Lee Health. Also, the ladies at the counter are very nice, especially the elderly lady who gave the appointment when I went there from N[ ] because when I called, I was on hold by the answering service (computer) for over 25 minutes and gave up and drove there to get an appointment. Thanks so much. Lee Health is so much better than [ ].

She discussed my treatment options and the many side-effects, helping me make a decision. I trust her.

Kylee Black was very good. She listened and cared. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident with the testing that should be done and what results would be expected. I would definitely suggest her to someone else. I was extremely impressed with the young lady that did my vitals and through my medical records. I’m not sure if she was a nurse or a technician, but she seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident also. Plus they were very nice. I also would like to thank Kylee for seeing me, because I was late. I had some things beyond my control that created the issue of being late.

Kylee and/or the nurse who monitors the My Chart questions are excellent! I always had a response within 24 hours and sometimes within the hour. Very comforting to have the attention.
