Kylee Black was very good. She listened and cared. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident with the testing that should be done and what results would be expected. I would definitely suggest her to someone else. I was extremely impressed with the young lady that did my vitals and through my medical records. I’m not sure if she was a nurse or a technician, but she seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident also. Plus they were very nice. I also would like to thank Kylee for seeing me, because I was late. I had some things beyond my control that created the issue of being late.

Kylee and/or the nurse who monitors the My Chart questions are excellent! I always had a response within 24 hours and sometimes within the hour. Very comforting to have the attention.

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Black & her staff as well. I would highly recommend her to others. I give her all stars . In my opinion , she is a great Doctor . Lee Physician Group needs more like her....

Kylee and her team are amazing. Kylee is so professional and kind. She is extremely intelligent and takes her time and is more thorough than some doctors I have seen. I have been having so many [ ] and it’s nice to feel I’m getting somewhere now. Nadine followed up with me to get me in for a [ ] and I could tell she genuinely cares about the patients through my experience. I cannot thank their team enough for helping me get down to the bottom of what was going on. I’d recommend them to everyone! Thank you Kylee and Nadine!

Kylee Black is the best I have ever seen. Communication was excellence! [ ], [ ] etc. Her process management skills were perfect. She was so good that I could map her process in my head without asking a single question. Her timing was so good, it made the process flow very smoothly. Her knowledge was great. She answered every question, and she was very good at clarifying that which was complexed without me asking. I worked for a company that was highly rated by [ ]. We hired from the top 10% of the class of the top universities. I would have hired her on the spot even if I would have had to create a job for her that would have let her grow to her full potential.

The receptionist was extremely sympathetic and helpful. We had trouble locating your office, and I was exhausted and in desperate need of [ ]. She not only supplied the water, but changed my appointment to another PA who was more readily available.
