Katie was amazing and went out of her way to get me an appointment. Dr. Kshetrapal, as always is an outstanding cardiologist and probably the kindest physician I know. So grateful for Dr. Pal and Katie. Bella was awesome too!

The time Dr Kshetrapal spends with me each visit is much more than most of my doctors. He doesn’t treat patients like numbers and doesn’t rush me. He’s an outstanding physician.

Nurses or Attendants took good care of me in the pre-time before seeing Dr. Kshetrapal. Doctor Pal has been my Heart Doctor for over 35 years, need I say more? Many [ ]. I trust him with my life.

I was very nervous about this appointment and once I was called by the medical assistant she was very friendly and made me feel at ease, when Dr. Kshetrapal came in the room he made me feel more secure about the [ ] that will take place, he explained everything to me for before [ ] and after [ ].

Katy the nurse was excellent. I have been to different lee health facilities over the past few years and she is by far the best employee I have seen in any of your facilities. I really hope she gets recognized for her outstanding service.

[ ] has been seeing Dr. Kshetrapal at Bass facility for over 20 years. Dr. Pal is to update on [ ] condition, test , etc. He adds or eliminate medications where necessary. Has excellent advice on his condition , recommendations for test, other physicians, etc. From time front desk is approached to leaving , the staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. This goes for the second floor as well.
