Megan, the assistant, was excellent In pre and post exam.Dr Pal took the time to explain everything throughout the exam and the next steps that I should take.

I had an excellent experience. From the person setting up my appointment, to the assistant doing my vitals and EKG to Dr. Pal, the sincerity and care was wonderful. Dr. Pal was very personable and took his time discussing things with me.

Katy was so friendly caring n knowledgeable We always look forward to our visit with Dr Pal - he is never rushed -completely checks meds / updates/ listens n advises of any needed changes in meds.

From Dom at the ck in desk, Lisandro medical assistant who prepared me for the dr visit to Krissy the ck out lady, every one had a smile, "happy to be there" attitude. I felt welcomed!

Lisandro was wonderful, friendly, and caring. Dr. Kshetrapal was also very friendly, engaging, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. Plus he took the time to address a concern from a CT scan I had last May. Dominic greeted me as I checked in and was very friendly too.

I liked the fact that the doctor took the time to show me exactly what was done during my stent placement. Seeing that video helps remind me to do things to keep my arteries as clear as possible by taking my meds, watching what I eat, exercising, etc.

From the check-in gentlemen, to the nurse that took my vitals and went over my medications they were both very friendly and professional. Dr. Pal is one of my favorite doctors who always listens to my concerns and puts me at ease.
