The gentleman ( nurse ) who took me back to a room and did my vitals ect... Is extremely thorough, patient and accommodating. In fact, everyone I came in contact with at this office were professional and patient!

Dr Pal always makes me feel special and he goes over meds and interactions and test results. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in his care. Staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Dr. Kshetrapal is such a great doctor! Even though he sees hundreds of patients, he takes the time to look at your chart and remembers your history! He is friendly and very funny! I trust his judgement . I could go on and on.

Automated BP machine gave a very high reading not consistent with other testing. Requested manual ready. Nurse willing agreed and reading dropped 40 points below automated reading.

Dr. Kshetrapal is always friendly and personable while being totally professional. He listens intently to all issues and takes his time in explaining the reasons for his recommendations...regarding testing and drugs, etc. He shows deep concern for all health issues and his expertise puts you at ease.

Katy was wonderful in getting me back a little early to go over my medical record and my concerns. She explained exactly what would happen at this appointment and continue to check on my needs and informed of when the doctor would be available to see me. Dr pal came I. At the appointed time and explained all of my test results and made sure all my questions were answered

Dr Pal was very interested in my current condition after having 4stints in 2020. He did want a new stress test which I think is appropriate, at age 83
