Renee, the PA was exceptional. Warm, understanding, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to deal with. She made me feel at ease from 1st moment. Dr. Burton was very personable as well. She made me feel heard and was very thorough in planning my care. This team at Babcock Ranch is truly an asset to LH. Can't sing enough praises about the office Olivia at the reception desk is also a delight.

The nurse who took my stats & reviews meds is always gracious & caring. Dr. Burton is outstanding. This visit I had several issues & concerns. She makes time to address each one & put my mind at ease. I'm so grateful she's my primary care doctor.

Entire visit was very pleasant! Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr Burton listened very well and answered all questions I had. Never felt rushed. Felt very well cared for and would definitely recommend her to others.

My Dr. April Burton was excellent! She spent time with me and gave me a thorough exam. Also pointed out about me taking vitamin B Complex how I should watch about taking too much. It does not breakdown as easily at my age and get cause other Issues. Turned out I needed to reduce the amount I was taking. My nurse was also excellent and welcomed me plus verified all my Information. She was very kind and professional.

The 2 nurses I saw were great and Dr Burton is wonderful. I never felt rushed and she thoroughly answered any questions I had. It's so great to have a doctor I trust and feel comfortable talking to, and all this so close to home!

My first impression was that the staff and doctor were in street clothes. Wearing scrubs, TO ME, looks more professional. The tech wore jeans which didn't look professional. I thought Dr Burton was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She exhibits an excellent bedside manner!
