The staff is always very kind, professional and responsive to my needs and questions. First time I met Dr. Popa She was very kind. She listened to my concerns way you ruined my record with me especially my medication's in order to understand my medical needs better. I'm very pleased. I found this practice. I recommend them to everyone who needs to find a good doctor. As a medical professional, I have the utmost respect for the office for Dr. [last name] and Dr. Popa.

Axel in registration was very helpful & nice warm greeting. Nurse Mahan was very understanding, caring and very compassionate gave me the ultimate care I received. Answered my concerns a questions very pleasant . To have as my orthopedic dr. I appreciate her sincerely an willingness to help me with my care. More should be just like her I'm so very thankful I got an Awesome Dr to get me the help I needed. Looking forward to the next visit with her. Everyone! Both the doctor and doctor assistant were amazing! I truly enjoyed them both so very much. I do not enjoy the doctors office and they both made the experience so enjoyable. Also from the information desk, to checking in, to my appointment everyone was so nice and friendly.

I normally do not fill out these surveys. I have used Lee Heath for years now and have seen various professionals over the years for both of my pregnancies as well as my regular checkups. My favorite doctor by far was Dr. [last name] - who has since retired. Susan and Brittney who I saw for my last appointment regarding a concern I had about a lingering cough and throat pain were absolutely phenomenal. They were such a joy to interact with. I think Susan the NP got more of my medical history from me in the short time I was seen by her than the last doctor I saw. She as well as the MA were very attentive and pleasant to interact with. I enjoy talking to providers when they are as warm, welcoming, and smiling as these two were.

Dr Fernandez was very professional. If he hadn't suggested for me to go to the hospital to get 2 IV's I think I would have still ended up in the emergency room, however, via an ambulance.
