The check in woman at the front desk. She had gray curly long hair with glasses. She said her name but I forgot. She has been the sweetest person at check-in since I started as a patient here. I've seen at 2 people come and go and I have say I don't miss either. But this one's a keeper! I would miss her!

I waited in the exam room 45 minutes for doctor. I had to open door and ask the staff if they forgot me

I've been going To a gynecologist for probably 45 years and this is the first office that uses bedsheet to cover up with as opposed to those terrible paper ones I think that is a great touch

Much better experience than my last visit. Did not have to wait to be seen more than 5 minutes. Dr. Shahin was very thorough and offered me new options.

Dr. Abu Shahin and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. The doctor is fantastic and always takes the necessary time with his patients, which I deeply appreciate. I also want to commend the team for their excellent care. I want to assure the staff that while I may sometimes be a person of few words, I understand everything perfectly well. I appreciate their thoroughness; they always make me feel well-prepared and in great hands.
