Every one was outstanding! Elise? At check in was so perceptive and helped me sign in . Skylar quickly came and did blood pressure several times as it was high. Dr. Cao is extraordinary!!! As is Karen [ ] !! They actually gave me hope!

Dr. Cao was very thorough about explaining my condition and potential next steps. I'm a former healthcare provider and Dr. Cao's bedside manner was excellent. He answered all my questions and I appreciate his candor.

I'm Dr. Cao is a friendly, caring and thorough professional. He took time to review my condition and other recent health issues while answering all my questions. He changed my blood pressure medication to see if the new one would improve my hypertension. Dr. Cao provided additional expertise by introducing me to Karen [last name], his Nurse Navigator, to assist while I am being treated for cancer.

Fantastic experience from start to finish- I see a whole lot of doctors as a stage 4 cancer patient and Dr. Cao, his APRN Jamie Lee Borkowski, and his Nurse Navigator Karen Svabik were the most synchronized, organized, informative caring team that I have experienced in probably the last 5 years. And that includes working with 5 different hospital groups including 3 out of state which include MD Anderson, TX.

Dr Cao is a compassionate, professional and very intelligent Doctor. He makes me feel like he is really invested in my care and treatment and understands my medical issues. He is a one of a kind and I am grateful to have him as my physician.

Dr. Cao is spectacular! I am grateful to have him as my cardiologist. He listens with compassion, shows genuine concern for issues, and always involves me in decisions regarding my health. I never leave the office with questions; he answers all of them or we have a game plan to figure out the answer to them together. I am never rushed out of the office so he can see another patient.

Dr. Cao is a really outstanding physician! Very knowledgeable, friendly, not rushed, and showing that he cares about the patient. I can only wish that Lee Health had more of such excellent first class doctors!

Dr Cao is an excellent cardiologist! He is very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is a very good listener, he explains things very well (symptoms, tests, treatments), he doesn't rush you. Appreciate his care very much!

Everyone was outstanding. I feel the staff, including the doctor, went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. And when visiting with the doctor and then the nurse, I didn't feel as though I was being rushed out of the office. I appreciated that very much!

I believe you are very lucky to have Dr. Cao on your staff. Most doctors like him get recruited to John Hopkins and other big University Hospitals. He is one amazing doctor who truly cares about his patient's and listens to their needs. He has an awesome nurse Karen who is just as amazing. I wish I could see him for all of my health care needs. I would give and his entire staff a 10 out of 10 rating. Absolutely the best of the best!
