Dr Cao was not just a random referral Dr [ ] oncologist said Dr Cao would be the you’d want your [ ] to go to . He and his staff MORE than lived up to that! Knowing you’re in good hands with a Dr that will do what needs to be done and is mindful that we are human is… quite frankly.. a rarity today and I am deeply grateful!

Jamie the nurse practitioner and Dr. Cao worked together extremely well. Karen RN was very help in scheduling next appointment right in examination room so there were no other steps to checkout!

First time at this office and everyone was great! The nurse practitioner and Dr.Cao were friendly, caring and answered all my questions. Skyler the MA was very professional, thorough and friendly during rooming and Karen, RN had the same professional and friendly manner. The whole office made me feel comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend them all!!

Everyone was outstanding from start to finish. This was one of those visits that left me and my family feeling upbeat and well cared for. Everyone was friendly, patient and thorough and I am glad to have finally found a cardiologist that I’m completely comfortable with. All family members will go here as well if needed.

Where do I begin to express my appreciation? From the moment I called to set up my first appointment to the actual day of my visit, everything exceeded my expectations. Mrs. Karen, who is Dr. Cao's assistant, was the first bright spot in my experience. Her remarkable level of care and professionalism truly stood out. She took the time not only to prepare me for my appointment but also to genuinely concern herself with my health issues and recent diagnosis. It felt as though I was being cared for by someone who truly understood and empathized with my situation, and words cannot fully capture how comforting that was. As for my experience with Dr. Cao, it was nothing short of extraordinary. I have never encountered a doctor who exhibits such enthusiasm for his work and pays such close attention to every detail of my case. This team, Dr. Cao and Karen are exceptional! Karen is proactive and kept in contact with me (she called me!). She made sure I got an appointment with Dr. Cao. She's professional, friendly and truly cared about my condition. Wish more people were like her! Dr. Cao spent a lot of time with me. He's professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand. I walked out of the office knowing I will be in good and caring hands.

Dr. Cao is very caring and genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients. He is very current and informed of the latest treatments and research. I trust him with my care and have every confidence in his decision making process. I appreciate the fact that he explains my options and includes me in the process. I really love Dr. Cao. He is very thorough and if you have any questions he will answer them where you can understand. Also he takes time and really cares about his patients. And his nurse Karen she is very kind and when I call her she gets back with me in a timely manner. She is so sweet and cares about her patients.
