This team, Dr. Cao and Karen are exceptional! Karen is proactive and kept in contact with me (she called me!). She made sure I got an appointment with Dr. Cao. She's professional, friendly and truly cared about my condition. Wish more people were like her! Dr. Cao spent a lot of time with me. He's professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand. I walked out of the office knowing I will be in good and caring hands.

Dr. Cao is very caring and genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients. He is very current and informed of the latest treatments and research. I trust him with my care and have every confidence in his decision making process. I appreciate the fact that he explains my options and includes me in the process. Karen is very knowledgeable and kind. I feel reassured that I am in good hands with her as well

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The entire team including Skylar the tech, Karen the nurse navigator and most of all Dr Cao made sure all my services needed were handled, questions answered, and future appointments made before I left. Great service.

I really love Dr. Cao. He is very thorough and if you have any questions he will answer them where you can understand. Also he takes time and really cares about his patients. And his nurse Karen she is very kind and when I call her she gets back with me in a timely manner. She is so sweet and cares about her patients.

Dr. Cao is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. He’s kind and very patient, with a dose of humor in the mix. His nurse, Karen, is likewise a kind and caring lady. I like both of them very much.
