Dr. Jorgensen and her staff were very caring and knowledgeable. I walked in with questions and left with clear answers as well as Dr. Jorgensen was able to immediately solve my pain issues with a further plan for future pain if it comes up.

Very professional and also friendly, approachable staff at Surfside orthopedic. Impressed with care provided by Dr Jorgensen - she took time to examine and explain my condition.Intake nurse ( maybe Betsy?) took time to settle me in, explain process of visit, retrieve printed material - all around professional care provided during my visit.

Dr Alexis went out of her way to calm my fears which assured me that my knee was going to heal without further issues. I felt very comfortable talking with her and that she definitely had my best interest at heart.
