This was the first time I went to an Orthopedic surgeon about the pain in my knee, the doctor was very knowledgeable and had great information, I didn't know I could get a medication to help with the arthritis in my knees, so that was helpful and was also able to get a cortisone shot while I was there and didn't have to make an additional appointment.

Dr. Jorgensen and the entire staff were fantastic I could not have asked better care.sorry I do not member names, but the nurse and PA were fantastic as wall. My first visit with Dr. Jorgensen and my wife and I were very impressed

My Doctor was absolutely outstanding.She listened carefully,explained everything clearly made me feel safe and supported. The staff was wonderful as well - friendly, patient, and very professional. I left feeling well cared for and respected

Dr.Jorgenson & Becky make me feel very comfortable. Dr Jorgensen is s outstanding I appreciate her thoughtfulness and expertise. So far my recovery from knee surgery has exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Jorgensen was very helpful in explaining my knee issues. She pointed out the problems with my knees using the X-rays I had done prior to my visit with her. She listened to my concerns and offered sound advice for the treatment. She was Excellent.

Everyone was kind , respectful and caring. Alexis Jorgensen was Pleasure she explained everything in detail and did exactly what she said she would. I truly enjoy coming to this facility everyone is very kind and compassionate.

Dr. Jorgensen and her staff were very caring and knowledgeable. I walked in with questions and left with clear answers as well as Dr. Jorgensen was able to immediately solve my pain issues with a further plan for future pain if it comes up.

Very professional and also friendly, approachable staff at Surfside orthopedic. Impressed with care provided by Dr Jorgensen - she took time to examine and explain my condition.Intake nurse ( maybe Betsy?) took time to settle me in, explain process of visit, retrieve printed material - all around professional care provided during my visit.
