Diana and Dr. Hernandez are truly caring individuals. They take their time but yet are efficient. Dr. Hernandez actually takes the time to do PATIENT TEACHING! It is like the good old days inmedicine. Keep up the good work ladies. You are a fantastic team.

Diana (nurse assistant?) was very thorough and helped update my medical records with a friendly smile. Dr Hernandez listened and discussed my concerns, then made a plan to address them. Very impressive!

Dr Hernandez was extremely thorough. Explaining all previous blood results and a plan for moving forward towards improvement. She gives you a true feeling that your health matters to her. She doesn't rush through your appointment.

For the "Very Good" ratings in all the previous areas noted, I would rate Dr. Hernandez and nurse Diana Rojas higher than "Very Good"as in EXCELLENT! On a scale of 1-to-10, with 10 being the highest, choose any number above 1015 or 50 or higher, and that's where I'd rate these two professionals.I'll be 81 this year. In all of these years, Dr. Hernandez is the best PCP I've ever had. I have complete trust in her.
