Deiana and Dr. Her Hernandez were both professionally outstanding. I felt very comfortable, Dr. Hernandez was extremely enlightening and patient and a great listener. I felt more hope leaving doctor Hernandez's office than I had before going in. I feel like I'm in good hands. And she's going to stay by me through this crisis that I feel that I'm in. I can't thank her enough and have not been more grateful for meeting her. And having her work with me, I think both dr.Hernandez and her staff, and i'm grateful, thank you very much

My medical assistant named Diana is outstanding. Diana is friendly, comforting, thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She compliments the Lee Physicians Group primary care experience nicely.My new physician is Dr. Armas-Hernandez. She represents a new breed of doctor in that she listens well, asks questions, doesn't lecture, is caring, kind, personable, and considerate. Most importantly, Dr. Armas-Hernandez is professional, has strong communication skills, and genuinely cares about my health and providing top-quality care. She is terrific.

Yes, doctor Hernandez explained why my medications weren't getting refilled from my pharmacy for weeks. I believe the answer was valid and that will resolve itself moving forward. She is a very attentive and giving of her time and knowledge practitioner. She's going to be a good one!

Both Dr Hernandez and her PA (and entire Staff are OUTSTANDING!! I was so worried about having Dr Yorke retiring and having to find a new Primary Care Physician. I am NO LONGER CONCERNED!! I AM "Over the Moon!!"

Dr Hernandez understood my issue and asked questions about my history. When initial POC test was negative she personally took a culture and sent to lab. Referred me specialist in addition to treatment. Very thorough and personalized service.
