Dr. Hernandez exam and explanations were through in every detail. Her referral and tests were prescribed with great care and completeness. I changed my Primary Care to her.

The woman at the reception desk ( blonde ) who you see before you go to the cubical to review your information was very welcoming , kind , and asked if I was ok due to [ ] after climbing the stairs . She also made a call for me since I left my [ ] . I wish I got her name

My contact with Dr Hernandez was a telephone visit regarding scheduling a screening which had been encouraged by the person who reviewed my [ ]. Dr H. Was very helpful, including reaching out when I had difficulty making contact. She followed through with scheduling. I appreciated her patience and professionalism.

The nurse practitioner was very welcoming and to make you feel relax and not anxious coming into the office. The doctor and the nurse were quite outstanding in my view. Thanks.

I came few months ago from MA to live [ ], I got so surprised with the quality of the atmosphere at hospitals and clinics here; everyone sounds so polite and welcoming and informed when I approach them. I never experienced such good vibes from healthcare workers.

My overall experience was excellent, all of my interactions with everyone was kind, compassionate and caring. I recommend Lee to my friends, they just don�t want to travel.
