Ms Hernandez was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, caring, and thorough in my visit with her. She took time to answer our questions and made sure we understood the plan for our next steps in my care. We found her to be the best caregiver we have seen at LPG. She was absolutely outstanding!!!

This was the most gratifying and reassuring health care I have ever experienced. Dr. Hernandez is one of the most competent, knowledgeable, and thorough physicians I have ever been associated with. Dr. Hernandez fully explained my medical conditions and my healthcare going forward. She certainly represents Lee health in the most positive manner and has set a very high standard relative to patient care. I left my visitation with Dr. Hernandez with the upmost confidence in her explanations and directives relative to my future healthcare. Doctor Hernandez is very pleasant to interact with while maintaining a professional attitude.

Great listening & explanations from both the PA & Dr Hernandez - vey satisfied with my choice of a new PCP. Very coordinate & organized admin process. Took me 6 months to get the new patient appt but it was worth the wait

Dr. Hernandez and her staff are an excellent team. They always are courteous, professional and caring. Dr. Hernandez takes whatever amount of time is needed and necessary to thoroughly hear my concerns and address them. I love going to this facility and feel I always receive excellent care.
