Yes Diana the PA was exceptionally courteous and helpful as was the doctor. However I would recommend more presence of a [ ] as I had to walk through the [ ] quite a ways and I am [ ] and had some trouble with that.

The first person I saw was the medical assistant after describing the situation to her. She was able to get an RN into the room to further answer our questions. Both were fantastic as well as the doctor. It seemed like they went out of the way of bringing that RN into the room

The visit was quite pleasant and thorough with with Dr. Hernandez. However, Diana is an exceptional Medical Assistant. She was very engaging and one of the most thorough and competent MA's I've ever met.

I was ‘assigned’ to Dr. Hernandez following the departure of Dr. [ ]. I was a big fan of Dr. [ ] and was disappointed to see her leave the practice. I am pleased to say that Dr. Hernandez appears to be a very worthy replacement!

Diana, medical assistant, is a bright spot in the visit. She is so capable I have confidence in how my information will be handled. Dr Hernandez is the doctor I want long term. She is so thorough. Her ability to explain is fantastic. The way these 2 women work together gives me the best care.
