The care staff are excellent. Everybody is very kind and caring I've been to other doctors offices where you just feel like a chart. Not at Lee Health Neurology. I feel like part of a family at the Lee Health clinic.

This is my first visit with Dr Mercer,. I felt that he was excellent. He paid full attention to my medical history and made sure that he answered any questions that I had. I did not feel rushed, and I felt he was very caring and knowledgeable and answering my questions. Also Tammy, who took my vitals and met with me before and after Dr Mercer, was also excellent.

The woman who took my blood pressure and went over meds etc was very nice and helpful also the girl booking my next appointments wasn't clear on something so she went and asked the doctor to clarify so that I got the right information/appointment. I think that this was great she didn't just book me not knowing and I thought it was great that it seemed like an open door policy that she could just go ask the doctor to elaborate.

The young lady who greeted me was very polite and engaging. Made me feel welcome and "at home". Dr. Mercer also extends himself and is engaging during my visit. His inquiry helped me bring out concerns or personal worries.

Since this was my first visit, I was impressed by Dr. Mercer. He took his time and explained to us in terms we understood. He answered all our questions and concerns. If needed I would not hesitate to go back to him.

Dr Mercer took the time to listen to me regarding my Moms history of TBI and current symptoms of concern. He was respectful of my input and discussed honestly the complexity of origins of symptoms. He included my Mom in his discussion and was an excellent listener. His notes included pertinent assessment info and relatedness to neurological symptoms vs metabolic changes. His plan of care was clear and concise.

I feel like Dr. Mercer was excellent. He did not at all seem rushed and very knowledgeable of my condition. In addition, he offered various options for me to think about. I was very pleased. The staff at the site were very friendly and helpful also. The individual that I checked in with, the individual that took my vitals, and the individual when I left were all very nice and made me feel comfortable

Dr Mercer! I'm excited for him to take over my care, he has been extremely thorough checking into my test results,offering suggestions and some hope for answers that I didn't feel like I was getting before. Dr Mercer took his time with me which I appreciated very much.
