I always feel genuinely cared for whenever I visit Dr Faya she is not just a great Doctor but a truly kind and understanding person, her ability to explain things clearly makes all the difference. I am grateful to be in her care.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Faya and her assistant Jessie, and they were amazing. Jessie was extremely friendly and professional. Dr Faya listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. She gave me a thorough exam while answering all my questions. At no point did I feel rushed which is unusual based on my last experience with my prior PCP, among other disappointments with him as well as his staff. I am so very happy with the care I received from Dr Faya and her assistant. I have already referred Dr Faya to a friend in which she has made an appointment . I also love the MyChart set up. I am truly pleased from the start of appointment to the end. Thank you

Dr Faya listened to my plight with Long Covid. She is the first Lee Health medical professional in [ [] that understood my need for symptom management & to oversee the cycles - not just refer me to another specialist!! I finally am feeling heard, understood … not just tolerated by having [ ] as just a ‘notation’ each visit. Thank you Dr Faya!! [ ]

Dr. Faya is outstanding because when you tell her what is wrong she listens and tells you a solution based on her knowledge. This may sound basic, but not all doctors do this.

Dr. Faya is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She makes me feel heard and is able to explain things very well. She doesn’t rush and is very genuine. What she provides, is rare to find in healthcare providers these days.

I felt so seen and heard by Dr. Faya and her assistant Yesenia. She listened to all of my concerns. Sylvia was also extremely pleasant at the desk. Overall a wonderful experience.

Yesi made me feel relaxed & calm upon greeting me for my appointment. Very thorough and not rushed. Dr. Faya is the most understanding & informative doctor I've been to in a VERY long time. Her demeanor is outstanding. She genuinely listens & remembers our discussions, suggesting alternatives to my issues. All based on her wonderful knowledge. Lee Health is lucky to have her on their staff & I am proud to have her as my Primary Care Physician.

Katelynn at the talk to someone line was very helpful getting me signed up to use Lee health. She really put a lot of my fears to rest. She took a lot of time with me. Dr. Marines was very helpful! I always get worked up and my [ ] and she helped calm me down! Her helper and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name . She helped me get another appt. I n a week… everyone was sooo good to me.

As a new resident to Florida, I needed to find a new Dr. My new patient appointment with Dr Faya was great. She went through all my records and was very interested in my input as well. She is professional, friendly, and explains everything is a way anyone could understand. I look forward to a long patient/doctor relationship.
