Katelynn at the talk to someone line was very helpful getting me signed up to use Lee health. She really put a lot of my fears to rest. She took a lot of time with me. Dr. Marines was very helpful! I always get worked up and my [ ] and she helped calm me down! Her helper and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name . She helped me get another appt. I n a week… everyone was sooo good to me.

As a new resident to Florida, I needed to find a new Dr. My new patient appointment with Dr Faya was great. She went through all my records and was very interested in my input as well. She is professional, friendly, and explains everything is a way anyone could understand. I look forward to a long patient/doctor relationship.

Im sorry I don’t remember the names of the three ladies at the front desk but all 3 were very helpful since it was my first time here. They gave me a [ ] as I was concerned about catching the [ ]. The ma that took me to the room and did my intake was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I met with Dr Faya who listened to all of my problems which felt like a lot and she smiled the entire visit and explained her thoughts on everything. Also Getting an appointment couldn’t have been easier, I was shocked it was only a couple of weeks.

I can't say enough of how easy i can get an apointment, how quick check in is and how polite and caring the whole staff is from desk check in to being walked out by the person in charge of seeing me out. I love lee convient care everyone gets kudos from me.

Both Jessie and Dr Faya were friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. The front desk person was pleasant and welcomed me to the office. I'm glad I chose Dr. Faya as my new PCP.

Yes, the assistant Yesenia, Who walked me into the examination room and did the [ ], etc. was very helpful, friendly and very thorough. Also Dr. Faya was pleasant, friendly, attentive, efficient and understanding. They are an excellent team. Also.yesenia help me to make a convenient appointment for my next visit. The staff made me feel cared for and important. I am truly grateful for them.

Dr Faya listens to you, makes very good questions relating to my medical concerns. She scheduled tests to begin quick initial determinations regarding my concerns. The office personnel are very good from appointment scheduling, and dr. Assistance. Welcoming and personable. This is all very important to me. The level of medical care is very knowledgeable.

Staff was very courteous and kind. They answered my questions and provided answers to all my questions. Even took me back out to the waiting so I wouldn't get lost coming out! Even with a [ ] appt I didn't feel rushed by the staff to hurry up and get out. They encouraged questions and offered their opinions and said to put any questions in my chart and would be answered promptly. Thank you to all.

Dr Marines Faya always greeted you with a smile. I have this as they called [ ] and Dr. Faya makes me feel at ease every time, she is very kind and compassionate with her patient. I am so grateful that I have Dr. Faya as my Primary Physician.

Very compassionate, easy to understand, and explained things so well. Shared a good amount of time with me and wasn't eager to leave the room until all my questions were answered. Excited to have her as my doctor.
