This was my first visit with both Lee Health and Dr. Rac, so I have limited exposure to rate either. That being said, so far all has been good.

The lady that took my vitals and spoke with me before Dr Rac came in the room was excellent. She listen and was very comforting. She would be the only reason I would return to Dr. Rac's office. I am sorry I can't remember her name.

Dr. Susana Rac and all of her staff were just wonderful! Dr. Rac Explain my blood test results better than anyone ever has. I can tell she really cares. I am even transferring my husband to be under her care. She is the best.

Jolene the assistant was excellent and very friendly and both my husband and I are very impressed with Dr Susana Rac. They both took plenty of time to go over everything with me as well as my husband. Thank you!

Dr. Rac was able to get a cardiac event monitor scheduled within a week, and I appreciated that. She was kind and interested in helping me. It was a good visit.

During the visit I felt like I was heard and Susana Rac did listen to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed throughout the entire visit. She is very knowledgeable about the content at hand that we were discussing.

On recommending practice; I would highly recommend Dr. Rac. Not the practice. I have had a lot of problems with the practice after Dr. [ ] retired. I would not yet recommend the practice in general.

The Nurse practitioner was excellent she made me feel very welcome as I am a new resident of Florida coming from New Jersey. She was able to find all my information on my chart from New Jersey and she had a very pleasant manner about her. We went over everything together and was able to answer any of my questions

My first encounter today was with nurse, Jolene. She was delightful. We went through all of my meds and she took all of my vitals before Informing the doctor that I was ready. Then I met Dr. Rac. She was also very delightful and very thorough as we went through and discussed each medication refill prescription.
