I think that Dr. Zurita overall did an excellent job of stepping in at the last minute for Dr. [ ]. I was more than a bit upset that Dr. [ ] bailed on my appointment. I was told she was sick and had to go home. I feel that Dr. [ ] has avoided seeing me from the start for some reason that I can't fathom. Most of my appointments have been with a PA or NP. As a result, I have had to resort to My Chart to voice my concerns. Dr. Zurita took all of my complaints in stride. She really listened and made a real effort to resolve what she could in the time we had together.
