Jennifer went beyond her regular duties to help me. I explained that I was working at lowering my bp. When she took it before seeing the care provider it was higher than I liked. She came back after the visit and took my bp again. It was much lower. She took the extra time to help make me feel better. I left feeling good about my visit and the staff. Thank you

Everyone was very courteous. I had just gotten out of the hospital that morning so they were able to access all of my test results easily and it saved a repeat urine culture. Not a long wait either. Overall, per below, I'm glad I was finally able to get in and make this practice my primary practice.

It was my first appointment. I will be a remaining patient indefinitely. Staff was lovely. Walking out of a urologist appointment, isn't much fun, but the staff were charming. All of them.
