The staff took a great amount of time to explain the upcoming procedure In detail. You don't get this level of information from other places.

I was impressed with how smooth the appointment was, meaning I did not feel rushed. Everyone was very courteous and listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Memon answered any questions I had and on previous visits showed me a video and drew a picture to help him explain a procedure.
