Becky was very receptive and polite. She was attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Latouf is wonderful. He has a very relaxing and calm demeanor that allowed me to feel comfortable. He was attentive to my questions and answered my questions thoroughly and clearly.

The Physical Therapist, Shelly, was kind and patient with my, at times, difficult mother. She corrected the way mom's walker was set up, the only provider in over 5 years, who noticed it was set tooo low, causing mom to lean over to hold on to it. A simple solution that no one else ever noticed.

The nurse of Dr [ ] was the one who helped me out .I was very grateful to her because I was fading fast . Dr [ ] was the doctor that I was supposed to have an appointment with but he was busy with another patient I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the practice .I was in a lot of pain due to a UTI problem .His nurse understood my concerns and she was able to find me an appointment with Dr Latouf . I was so happy to be able to be seen by Dr Latouf . He went over my lab results and was very helpful to me .He prescribed an antibiotic that would help me with my UTI problem .I'm sorry that I don't know the nurses name But she was a real life saver for me .I was so sick and hurting . She found me some great help in Dr Latouf .

The way Butros explained, listened & suggested. Hes obviously extremely effective & highly intelligent as well as knowledgeable. I now have hope & support in the way I need to improve my health. I have been struggling since I moved to Fl & now have a new dr on my team that I have confidence in & who I feel supported by.

Doctor listened to me, read my chart and asked questions, empathized, explained solutions to the problem, and prescribed a medication that really helped me.

I have had a persistent throat problem in recent months and needed to see an ENT. Dr. Latouf gave me a referral to ENT in December but I was only able to see a PA due to scheduling. After 2 ENT/PA visits my problem still persisted. During the current visit Dr. Latouf personally engaged to get me a STAT appointment with a preferred ENT MD.

Dr Latouf was very pleasant to talk to and listened to all of my concerns. He takes the time to listen to the patient. That is an outstanding trait that many doctors do not exhibit, and is very much appreciated!

Dr. Latouf is very caring. He never makes you feel rushed during your appointment. He explains everything clearly and asks if you have questions. His RN whose name I'm not sure of, is great as well. She's very personable yet professional.

I had come to the office for a Prolia shot. While I was there, I mentioned to the nurse that I thought I had an infected toe.She put me in an appointment at noon (it was now 11:15 with Dr. [last name]. Unfortunately the desk said that it was the next day. The desk then worked very hard to get me an appointment that day with another doctor. Dr Latouf was kind enough to fit me in his schedule. I really appreciated it since I live 45 minutes away on a good day. Indeed, I did have an infected toe.

I was very leary about having to change my primary care physician, Dr Latouf was an excellent choice! He spent the time getting to know me, my history etc. No rush, just a caring concerned attitude. I'm very pleased that I have the opportunity choose him as my new primary care physician
