It took a few appointments to figure out some issues but Manny is amazing and his team is too. They really are working to figure things out. It took some time and a couple times I wasn't happy waiting but they truly did what they needed to do

When I checked in, I had a past due invoice, and because I didn't know what it was for, I asked the person about It. She didn't want to find out so she gave me another office to call. Once I got in the patient waiting room waiting for the PA, the other person at the check-in area told me heard what she said to me. So he checked on my questions came in the room (prior to the PA coming) and explained the invoice and I gladly made the payment. It was a simple procedure and it seems the other person either didn't know what to do, or was too lazy to deal with it.
