Dr. Basora and her MA and NP took exceptional care of my son. He is very afraid of shots and often not compliant. They treated him with patience, kindness, but also ensured he received the vaccine quickly.

Dr Olson-Basora and staff are truly exceptional in all aspects of patient care. My family and I are extremely fortunate to have found and been able to become members of their practice. Our urgent visit with Dr. OLSON-BASORA was just wonderful! She was willing to see squeeze us in right away and the front desk staff got us registered quickly and we so kind to us. We are so please with our experience and wish we could take Dr. OLSON-BASORA back home with us! Couldn't recommend more!

Dr. Basora is an excellent doctor. I could not have been more impressed when she treated me for my condition during my visit. She is very knowledgeable and has a kind and professional demeanor. She explained her diagnosis and clearly defined way forward for my treatment. I could not ask for anything more. Just very grateful.All the assistances, nurses and office staff were welcoming, competent and caring.

Both front and back office staff spoke to me making me feel welcomed and relaxed. Dr B was exceptional, taking her time treating my injury, writing down aftercare instructions and providing supplies to see me through the next few days.

I truly like everyone in the Dr. Basora office. It's wonderful being able to get the blood tests in the office instead of having to go all the way to Fort Myers to have that done. Dr. Basora is very easy to talk to, gives what I would consider personal attention and I never feel rushed which is so important.

All staff at the Sanibel clinic were dynamic and should be recognized. From front desk, medical assistant to physician. We are new full time residents to the island and my stress of finding new doctors was eased when I was today another physician would be coming in the fall since Dr Danielle Olson is not accepting new patients. I really did not want to have to drive across the causeway every time my family of 4 needs medical care. Great experience!!!

I walked in without an appt and there's wasn't anything available until that afternoon. Dr Olson Basora is my primary physician so I didn't want to go to another walk in clinic. They were able to get me in right then, with just a small wait. Almost cried because it was so nice of the front desk staff. I waited for not very long at all and was taken back. I absolutely love this office

Dr. Basora despite what i'm sure is a busy schedule spent time in the office with me. I didnt get the feeling I have had over the years from other drs that she was in a rush to get to the next patient. Glad to have someone with her character and knowledge on Sanibel.
