Dr. Olson Basora reminded me that [ ] can be done there and I do not need to go off island to get a [ ] appointment because [ ] can pick up from the local office. She truly understands efficiency.

This is simple: Dr Basora is by far the best doctor I have ever had ! This is what medicine should be!! She doesn’t rush you, she listens to your questions, and answers your questions with complete clarity. My previous drs communicated with their computers and not their patients!!

Dr. Olson Basora is the best and Kirk is always friendly, professional and kind. (The best at [ ]!) The two women at check-in/check-out are also lovely — friendly, kind and professional — but I don’t know their names. I love this office! Small and personal.

I feel as if Dr Danielle Basora was outstanding in many areas of her profession, she made me feel heard, because she actually listened to what I had to say about the physical problems I was dealing with as well as how they affected me personally. Her attention to detail, professionalism, empathy and compassion are rarely seen in her field in my experience. Others would do themselves a great courtesy to look to her as an example and follow her lead. I am truly grateful for the care I have received from her and the staff there.

Dr Basora is a great PCP. I have more experience with medical care than most and believe that patients should be a part of their treatment team. Dr. Basora is very knowledgeable but also respectful of the knowledge I have of my medical issues. She offers insightful solutions and makes me feel like a very valued patient. I am confident in her abilities to manage my healthcare needs and have recommended her to family and close friends.

I’m impressed with all the staff. The reception desk was professional and friendly each time we spoke with her which was 4 times. My nurse was able to get my vitals in a timely fashion and was cheerful. Dr. Olson-BASORA is an excellent physician who has extensive knowledge. The doctor made sure to understand what my concerns and goals for my health are and how to help me achieve my aspirations. Jade made my appointment on the way out and my overall experience was great. Dr. Basora was outstanding. She was professional and I never felt rushed. The person who took me back to the [ ] was excellent too. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. I believe he was a nurse practioner? He was a Chicago Bears fan. :) He was professional too. Everyone I encountered during my visit was excellent. Sanibel is fortunate to have this office and these health professionals on the island.
