The medical assistant, I believe named Jen, was very friendly and professional. Dr Zavin is an excellent listener and answered all of my questions and concerns. She seems to be extremely knowledgeable and relates in a patient level that is easy to understand.

Dr Zavin is an amazing Doctor. At no point did I feel rushed, unheard or dismissed. She explained things that other doctors never cared to. To make sure I was well informed and apart of the treatment plan. I left feeling heard and cared for.

The front desk staff was friendly at check-in. The MA Jen was nice and thorough. Dr Zavin was awesome. She is the first doctor I've had this year, after going to multiple offices, that didn't rush the appointment, she wasn't dismissive, she explained what wasn't making sense to me, and I left feeling heard, respected and cared for. I am happy to have found her, after [ ] one way for my old specialist and [ ] for my old pulmonologist. Please give her the recognition she deserves. Many doctors especially at Lee Health lack bedside manners and overall care and compassion for their patients.

Dr. Zavin nd her assistant Temecka were outstanding. Such kindness and professionalism Dr. Zavin took her time explaining everything to me in layman‘s terms and answered every question and more. she evoked an immediate feeling of trust, and I will continue coming to her with all my concerns. She made me completely comfortable and explained any issues that could arise. I loved her. She was great. I wish she was my regular doctor.!

I have to give Dr. Zavin my highest accolades. I was seeking a remedy for my breathing problems for over 3 years with no positive results. I went to Dr. Zavin and in the first visit I had a diagnosis and an acceptable initial treatment plan. Had I been sent to her 3 years ago my quality of life would have been increased 3 years earlier. I have the highest respect and confidence in Dr. Zavin. I would recommend her to any one having [] and have already told others about her.
